Training Ground?
Does seem high but we are building a high performance centre for elite footballers (pools, gyms, speialist rooms and probs enclosed court to try out drills in wet weather and behind closed doors etc, plus admin) it should be well north of $60 mill

Welcome to Demonland: Harry Sharp
Yes we love ANB. Drafted with pick 40, turns into an ultimate professional footballer, works on his weaknesses, plays in a premiership, his mum sits in the cheer squad wearing a red wig, stays 10 years, his family comes to the last training session all in Demons gear, and we get pick 28 for him. Draft another please. I mean what did Bris get for Joe D - nothing;

David Teague Approached as Assistant
Why? Did some cringe worthy press conferences when at the Blues and had the reputation for being too soft on the players. (Players loved him).

Oliver Trade Rumours
Boy is this the silly season. After the season we had everyone is tradeable if the price is right. I mean if Roos contemplated trading Jude Bolton, even if only for a nano second, surely we could do the same with Clarry. Not sure why Pert is running with it though.
