Very interesting that a letter says the count back for the Brownlow should be scrapped and should be joint winners. This didn’t happen until 1981 (17 years after this game.) And the writer won cigarettes for this winning letter. What if he’d been a kid!

As my uncle is not well and at my dads I will be going over as a carer (although I’m really a barracker.) Even bought a reject shop Halloween nurse’s outfit as a joke. Lol I used to do nudey runs as loss bets, but have now accepted at my age no-one wants to see it. Used to be punished by wearing someone’s dirty socks but COVID has stopped that. Just pledged to put my hair in sailor moon buns for a week if we win (boss will be furious I’m sure.)

I was hoping it would be Port-demons grand final, so we’d at least have all of Vic behind us. From what I’m seeing in Facebook we already do. Glad to se that locally they’re supporting the underdog. I guess if it was Freo-Giants grand final, I’d go for Freo as they’ve been waiting so long
