They absolutely do. When you're feeling fit and strong, you have more confidence, especially at the end of games. If you're not fit and strong, everything becomes 10x harder when you're tired, especially if you feel like you're just chasing tail. Suddenly composure goes out the window because just getting to the contest is a battle.

A very enjoyable watch today apart from Purcell. Fingers crossed. Our skills were night and day above st kildas. Very refreshing.

Id suggest we are Darren burgess away from playing finals. Bad fitness = bad disposals, bad last qs, weakness at closing out close games... we are unfit.

once again news about our club in the media before our club announces anything. we need to find the leaks and plug them tigher than a drum, because its a disgrace.

Just read that Houston told Rankine that he would need the stretcher again (a reference to Houston knocking Rankine unconscious last year). In no way does that excuse what Rankine said, but what an abhorrent thing to say.
