an interesting point raised early in the thread of a chaotic style. Coaches always talk about i just want players to play their role - e.g. consistent and play within set parameters. Chaotic styles wouldnt seem to mesh with this. Still i did miss the chaos Frosty attack on the footy, although are we any worse off for not having it.

i rate fitness coaches as critical to success and this guy is one of the best. I too thought he was only one contract for one year and thought it must be a lifestyle choice as much as anything (no shortage of takers). A must retain for me

its not another rebuilt - the top 6 players are fine - we need to supplement the list. Its players 7-38 that don't do enough. Savvy drafting and recruiting is what we need.

My view - we have a very good top 6, after that, it drops off considerably, hence our inconsistency, multiple changes each week. Finalists bat way deeper than us

This kid leads up well and would create real scoreboard pressure - to the backline he goes. Modern coaching, i dont get it
Not that i want to start a sack the coach view - however this is a constant perspective and most damming assessment - no plan B. in my experience plan A alone works no more than 25% of the time with an average line-up - 50% if you have a premiership contending line-up and 66% if you are elite.
