If that self centred, autocratic, self promoting, know it all, footballing nuffy, is ever co-opted to our club I am outta here forever. I also know that many others that I have spoken to think similarly. Can the club afford a buffoon like him to decrease our current membership numbers? I am sure he has some supporters re this rumour but to them I say................go and be a Hawks member. Just remember Hawthorn could not rid themselves of him quickly enough !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Neeld may not be the total problem but will keeping him until the end of season 2014 improve our clubs' position ???????? The playing lists decision making, attack at the ball, skills, awareness, demeanor, accountability, work rate etc etc etc. have receded dramatically under Neeld this year. He simply cannot get this list to improve at all !!!!!!! In fact some of our so called better players are now not even getting regular gametime. Neelds job is to coach, inspire, plan, improve, develop, all aspects of this list........................................mega fail.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets see if the new hierachy agree tomorrow.

As far as where we are at is concerned.........Sylvia-out 3 weeks, says it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stupid stuff, just stupid. He is no longer a good, solid MFC player IMO. Let him be like that at Casey as much as he likes. He has mates too. Play all the kids coz the experienced ones give us nothing, in the main.

Only an absolute brain dead, blind fool would say the players tried their hardest yesterday. Neeld simply has no idea whatsoever, on how to get this group to work hard. He is such a nice fella, but cannot coach. The players were; in the minds of most supporters, simply pathetically disinterested. If the players wont try, change something! Don't believe the players when they say, " We are trying hard". !!!!!!!!!!!!!!That's crap. Garland has said publicly "We haven't lost faith in Neeld". What a load of absolute tripe. Stop saying this untrue bullcrap and get on with playing fully accountable hard ball. That's what Neeld promised, I repeat......... promised. So did the leadership group!! To the players and coaches, we are not interested in you saying anymore "Stick with us" when you give us nil effort for your big money. Change everything! Play ALL of the young listed players on the list. It will never, ever get any worse than what was dished up yesterday against oppposition that, at best, is potentially gunna be a poor to very average team in the short term. Make the players accountable to the members. Make them front the media. Make them play for Casey ressies. Get rid of all the deadwood ASAP. There is a lot of it unfortunately.

Roos will never even consider coaching Melbourne. Our new coach will be either Williams or Craig. An outsider could be Alan Richardson but he is 3rd choice. This will pan out within a week I am lead to believe. Neeld cannot coach and has never held currency in the eyes of the players. There are a few so called experienced players who need to be let go, due to their influence (negative) over many of the younger players. They will be played mostly at Casey until 2014. Change is what we need and Jackson is just the man to get this all started. Captaincy needs to change too! This could happenn straitaway.

Our coach is struggling as much as, if not more than, the players. If I played in this game and performed like they have up to this point, I would not show my face in public ever again. I just hope Jackson has the fortitude to sack those continual non performers, as soon as he is able to. We simply need football people with heart, not under performing wimps. I did have a glimmer of hope but now I know we are shot as a footy club. The MFC is in it's last throes. Many of those there today need to be held accountable. Hang on a minute, they get paid regardless of how they perform. They have one 1/2 of a game to save this club.

Watts is a lovely young fella. He needs to decide which sport he WANTS to go hard at! He could have set himself up for life, but................................

If the club do not make changes NOW we possibly will not exist in a years time. This is a mortal wound now. Only a miracle can save us.

Have the nuts to say you are not in control of a very good coaching panel Mark Neeld. Players should be ashamed of this situation. It starts at the coalface. Pathetic efforts from most players....not all, but definitely most.. No respect up or down the lines at this rabble of a club anymore. It is just a sad, sad club now. Leaders, where are you? Who is gunna stand up now? I just give up. Lost interest after all those years. Embarrassed. Rambling, not really thinking straight anymore. Actually quite upset with the state of the MFC. I will always love them but no more heartache for me thanks. Off to local footy where it is all genuine and not just about more money!

Neeld simply cannot coach on game day, his prep is OK but his gameplans are actually non existent. Shame Dees, shame! You are still the laughing stock. Prove me wrong, I said that in 2012 and I say it again.We are by far the softest side of all 18 teams. Embarrassing.

Just simply and absolutely depressing. I wont be coming to Melbourne any time soon. The culture has not altered, the coaching staff have no idea, the players are ....................................maybe I better not say what I feel. I'll stay here in Gippsland and watch locals having a red hot go!

Maybe a $ donation plee to the members, backers, supporters, sponsors etc would see this $500K wiped out in 24 hours! That would jam it up the A wful F ri66ing L ogheads nicely.

AFL = Rules on the run. Who at the highest level let the media know several days before the official announcement, what the fines and sanctions would actually be? Rank amateurs.

I'll fess up! Davey at nearly 30 years of age IMO is not going to be of much use to our club anymore. Simply does not work hard now and seems disinterested most of the time. I was his biggest fan but he (like Robbo) is way past his use by date. Unless there is a remarkable turnaround, you would think he is still here purely for a bit of experience!!!!!!! His effect on games has long gone, he is not realistically near being a best 22 pick. There are many young players now who would show him real pride in the jumper! Prove me wrong Flash.........please!

Where is he at now? Is he in the best 22? Is he capable of playing most games in 2013? Where would you play him? Has he lost pace? Is his disposal still acceptable? Does he look like he badly wants to be here?

I also think whilst he has shown some glimses of topline ability , he doesn't posses the mental strength to be a topline consistent star amongst those players from other teams with similar experience. Yes he is probably in our best 22 but has yet to show what he really could have been. Will possibly play a little off the pine as we ease our younger, hungrier stars into.... "games under their belts"!!! At best now, he will provide some wise, older experience but wont be in our best 6 players unless he has a dramatic change of thinking and application. Injuries this late in his career, are no longer an acceptable excuse.

Questions should also be asked about the Lions triple successes when they were told by the league to stop the intraveneous blood dabbling !!!!!!!!! Vlad is hopelessly out of touch with all of this. He just wants more moolah and will do ANYTHING to increase his own takings! Beady eyes got out just before all this crap hit the fan, too. It's just a giant, rudderless ship at the moment. No wonder it is now mostly a corporate sport where genuine family supporters are left out and corporate dollars mean pretty much EVERYTHING! Essen-did will get whacked more than us I am told! The sanctimonious turds.

I really hope we have not , on purpose, delayed our official response re tanking to the AFL. It appears we have perhaps missed the deadline response time and if this is the case, we deserve to be drawn and quartered. To rile the AFL hierachy is a stupid thing to consider and puts our club in jeapody in real terms. If what has been reported on the radio has in fact happened, then we need to look at those in power at our club. Surely they are not so stupid to try this on !!!!!!!!!

If MFC is santioned for tanking then Brock McLean is implicit or he would have at that very time quit the club due to his personal beliefs on the tanking issue. Hang on, he didn't whinge about it till some time down the track ??????? Very sour stuff by him I say! There are AFL laws that forbid any interferance with the result of any AFL official game! So our club allegedly, has been foolish in it's responsibilty. "IF" this is the case it is another pathetic decision taken at that time by those in charge. Any of those who were involved should be sacked, banned and shamed. Make your bed, lay down in it! Deal with it everyone.......... and lets get on with copping our whack and trying to create a better all round environment for the whole club. What we need is honesty, professionalism and aggression on and off the field! There is still a way to go............unfortunately.
