We had the list but not the Vision or Belief, management provided the Vision, the coaches and players had to build the belief, the players drove the belief and all of a sudden our club achieve the first of our Aims, Goals and Targets. I am liking what I am reading there has been such a quantum leap in team first and everyone playing their role that every one pulling on the jumper has had to improve to hold their spot. I agree Docs Demons that Clarry and Tracc have now entered the Dusty/ Dangerfield super Elite whilst Max has become the Best Captain in the league and Jack Viney is again playing career best team footy.. It will be interesting to see how the Footy Department rank our playing group.

For those that haven’t already done so go back to Demonlands post page 1 and read his coaches critique he likened him to a Levi Greenwood only better but Tom wants to be a Luke Parker type. Well Tom Sparrow you are on your way young man. Let’s not try to limit him the sky is the limit for Sparrow, Jordon, Bowey, Laurie, Rosman and whoever we pick up this year. We are a Premier Club now who has exploded all the Myths and conventions.!!
