Feel very sad for Matt Rendell and his family, watched his son on 360 last night such a shock for them all. I felt very proud for Mark Williams a genuine Legend of the game, so happy that he received this recognition and I hope that he ends his footy life with the mighty Demons., Mark is such a colourful character and it would be great to work with and for him.!!

Welcome back picket fence we are really hanging out for your Casey Reports, Kev has been excellent with his Reports from Gosh’s so looking forward to what’s happening down at Casey.!!!
-
According to the above we are ranked No.1 slightly ahead of Pies nothing to do with 2021.!! So we are doing a lot of things right straighten up the kicking in the second half and who knows.

2023 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
DeeZone replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
WJ and dazzle I have been following the reports on the U18 Championships and according to the reports there appears to be quite a few players in each state team that are receiving recognition. This was touted as a super draft I would appreciate your opinion on how deep this draft will go and should we hold firm with our draft picks or trade up for 1-2 spots.??? -
Jeez LT MFCSS has really eaten into your confidence, mind you if we drop the next two games I may join you.🙏😳

For me :- Rivers is the standout youngster huge improvement McVee coming off a base of 0 is the big surprise Chandler was massive earlier, needs to pick it up again ASAP. JvR our only Rising Star is a genuine future star. Sparrow has cemented his place in the 23 and has an expanded role in the team, Also agree that Salem, Lever and Tomlinson are now fully recovered and have shown improvement on their 2022 form.
-
A good synopsis Deespicable, however I found the constant bagging of our coach took away from what you were writing.
-
True joeboy May is down a bit this year but Lever is having a better year than 2022.
-
Thanks Demonland and just curious but how come the club is listing Injury Updates on a Monday night instead of Tuesday’s as it used to do???
-
Clayton out again as previously advised still working on hammy issue, poor Hibbo copped one Thursday night bruised rib and kidney.
-
Rohan should have been tagged but appeared to be playing without an opponent whenever I saw him.

Dees Potential Draft Play to Secure Pick #1
DeeZone replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Unfortunately rpfc Freo have lifted a notch and can’t see them falling below 10th unless they are hit by serious injuries.!!! -
Hi La Dee flight was ok on way up as we flew into Uluṟu but luggage conveyer belts broke down in Alice and our flight home was via Adelaide where we switched aircraft and then we had delays with luggage back in Melbourne. Lol!!!
-
Thanks Kev and all posters sounds like the troops are in better spirits than the rest of us, injury wise we are now in a great place although JV is a concern. Hopefully training at Casey on Wednesday won’t be to torrid as the trip to and from Alice is a bit of an effort.
-
Why do you ask Cricket, this how it has always been.!!!! Goes way back to 1859.!!

The hatred of the Black and White is inbuilt within us, even though I like a lot of their players I can’t stand anything about them on game day, same with the Bombers and Cats but for different reasons Dons always had class and mongrel in equal amounts will never forgive or forget 2000 Dean Wallis still rankles as a cowardly thug. Cats privileged smug B’s that get every thing served up on Silver platters, hate Methcoast for what the AFL let them get away with. The rest are ok unless we are playing them then it’s white line fever hate them all.!!!

Dees Potential Draft Play to Secure Pick #1
DeeZone replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
I think that the Team that needs Harley Reid the most is Methcoast, I can’t see them giving up a star midfielder that would improve them immediately and Simpson wouldn’t survive the wrath of the supporter base. Imagine giving up Tracc or Oliver to get more picks and they weren’t No.1 and how would he get enough game time squeezing him into our midfield or do we trade out a gun to fit him in??? Imagine the salary cap squeeze this would cause two years down the track, also are we totally happy with the rest of our list, I am not and believe that this year provides an opportunity to snare another 2-3 top line players ala 2019 to help improve the team and keep us in the window longer.!! -
Much better than Yeah Nah, lol.!!!
-
Sadly Charlie hasn’t been the same since he was out with concussion just doesn’t seem to be getting to the action like he was prior when he replaced JJ Thursday night their was an immediate drop off, he had two touches in nearly a half a game of football. He played a lot better Friday night at VFL level and perhaps should stay at that level until he gets his spark back.!!
-
Totally agree Binman huge improvement from young Rivers.!!! Entering Star status.!!!
-
Ins:- Bowey, Clayton, Tomlinson & Brown outs:- Spargo, JJ, Hibbo (managed) Petty Sub:- Melksham
-
Fortunately he missed Lever and smashed Cameron instead.!!
-
Thanks DD provides great insight to our performance, Team Rating says it all 19% drop off and top 6 down 11% can’t win games with that type of performance. Disappointing really.!!!
-
Thanks KC and all posters great to see Casey starting to get their Mojo back sounds like Tomlinson, Bowey and BBB should come into the team. We certainly need a bit of height against GWS as they won’t be pushovers and we can’t afford to drop another game. Daniel Turner, Woey and Howes continue to build and sounds like Will Verrall played well but a bit concerned that Addams and Jefferson haven’t started to make their mark yet. We need every tall to be a winner.!!!

I am just watching Munro’s stats grow what a champion VFL player he is.!!!
