  1. Me too mate, I'd rather Anderson. He has the ability to make a sudden impact up forward in the same way as Jayden Stephenson but also in the midfield as well. He brings genuine x factor and would add a whole new element to our side next year. Heard Mahoney on the radio last Thursday saying we have interest in Brad Hill and would assess the option of trading an early pick if thats what it takes. I nearly vomited in my mouth..
  2. It is a no brainer that if we are set with pick 2 then we head to the draft and pick up Anderson/Rowell. Absolute no brainer! While it's good to get in experience players like May and Lever, we also need to balance our list and continue to generate with elite young talent. Don't [censored] this up Mahoney/Viney!

    Until he gets to Melbourne......

Hopefully a straight swap for ANB.

Victorian-born Keath is reportedly being offered big money from Melbourne while Hawthorn is keen on Greenwood, according to an AFL report last month. https://www.adelaidenow.com.au/sport/afl/teams/adelaide/brad-crouch-attracting-interest-from-rival-clubs-after-starring-in-his-return-from-injury-with-the-adelaide-crows-this-season/news-story/68c43da3f62f9304af48d3dab5af3c1b

    I would
  7. Viney will continue to be captain while daddy is there.. which is a joke really! Gawn should be out right captain with Lever as Vice.
  8. Lol.. we let a bloke out to play on an already injured groin and its cost him a season. We have no hope with Bennell.
  9. You have to be taking the [censored] with this post.. surely?
  10. Weideman and KK officially out for the season. Beauty is they both will start pre season injury free and ready to go. https://m.melbournefc.com.au/news/2019-07-30/injury-update-season-over-for-weideman
  11. That camp was at the end of 2017... how does that effect whats happening in today's result? When we were beating the cats and hawks and on our way to the prelim there was absolutely no talk of a "pre season camp".. I think we focus whats happened last pre season when we are putting 15 players to surgery or half our list unable to get on the training track until February.
  12. Sam Weideman had screws and and a plate put into his jaw I think. Injury was worse then originally thought. Doubt he'll play again this year.
  13. The reason we are in this position is simply because of Goodwins work, nothing to do with Roosy at all. Some on here have issues with the timing of Roos coaching tenure. In my opinion 3 years wasn't enough. In his last game as coach we got thumped by 111 points by Geelong and I voiced concern about where our list was at and that it still needed a lot of work and developing. Few points, Of course things in our life change, but he was back doing full time media commitments with Fox and triple M the next year (2017). From my understanding he was also open to being a coaching director for the club but nothing eventuated.. was there a break down in communication between Jackson and Roos? Survive in the footy industry? What does Roosy need to survive from? [censored] spare me honestly Lord Nev.. he is well noted premiership coach with the legacy of creating a bloods culture that has instilled discipline and leadership. Still going strong as of today. So his only reason to back to football is so that his legacy isn't hindered by our current performance? What a load of [censored]. If thats his sole reason then he's only doing it out of spite. Proves again thats its only ever about Paul Roos the man himself. Did a lot of good things for the club and got us going when we needed to. But also did some questionable things. Some supporters are entitled to question his motive right from the very start LN.
  14. Does he?
  15. I didn't Think we could trade this year's first round draft pick?? Ps @Patches O’houlihan go to bed mate! ?
  16. Can someone correct me on this.. Wasn't Roos only wanting to coach for 3 years so he could move to Hawaii to be closer to Tami's family?? Yet last I looked he's still happily living in Australia and now doing full time media commitments?? And then reports come out saying he could be potentially a coaching director for Carlton all of a sudden!? Interesting when we were winning the finals it was all about how Roosy set us up and the chants that were going on in front of him.. loved it didn't he? now that we are losing its all about Goodwin and how he hasn't got a brand For this footy club. Spare me..
  17. We are interested in Isaac Smith

No source. Just dreaming like we all are.
  19. I'll be absolutely ropeable if we trade pick 2. Anderson is as an absolute beauty and need to continue to balance our list with more fresh young talent coming through.
  20. Mods..
  21. Make Gawn the sole captain. Put Viney in front of a camera and he struggles to strings together a sentence. He's embarrassing.
  22. Troll
  23. I am at stage 5.. but that's more so now that i simply don't give a [censored] anymore. The St Kilda was the last straw for me. I have far more enjoyable things to look forward to then waste 2 hours stressing about something that has no relevance to my personal life.
  24. I think they will keep Billy on for one more year. Apparently one of the most professional players on our list and coaches love him. Unfortunately the last 2 years he hasn't had a good ran at it due to injuries. Honestly rather Stretch getting games on a wing then the Wagner's.
