Chazz, I agree with everything you've said. This whole recruiting Mitch Brown simply does not make sense if we are refusing to to play him. I would rather have just recruited a developing key forward and spend that last senior spot on that kid. If not then let's use Brown as a tall marking target. Even if its going to relieve McDonald for the time being. Instead the biggest glaring weakness right now is our tall forwards, and yet we have 2 who are currently playing park football on a Sunday morning. The current list management and coaching of late is mind boggling.

Saw this by Garry Lyon and I too have been perplexed why all of a sudden he's spending a lot more time on the bench? Injury has played a part in that. Against GC he was back to his best playing a good lead up option around the forward half. Something that's currently non existent at our club..

I have no idea. Have said all along his best position is floating high half forward that can deliver precisely into our forward line. Goodwin saw this as a success in 2018 and then back half of 2019. Yet his stubbornness has got the better of him again... Who exactly is our forwards coach? Plapp? Chaplin?
