You're only going back 15 years with that one.. 😁- TRAINING: Monday 9th January 2023
Goals are created through manic pressure acts and slick ball use going inside 50.- Fisher McAsey

Nope definitely not a rule.- TRAINING: Monday 9th January 2023
I could be wrong about this but isn't it up to clubs now to organise their own practice games?? Thought they changed thay last year??- The 2023 AFL Pre-season Supplemental Selection Period (SSP)
Surely Turner is a lock. Burgoyne has been stuck in rehab since day 1.- Fisher McAsey
Not really a big shock considering his circumstances.- TRAINING: Monday 9th January 2023
Great reporting once again guys. Few players im keen to keep an eye on in Woewodin, Jefferson and Schache? How did they train today?- Farewell Brodie Grundy

I agree with this. You'll probably get a lot of unpopular opinions because it worked in the flag year, but to think this was going to be sustainable for 2nd year in a row were kidding themselves. We even had a thread dedicated to 'loading' which made many people on here look very silly in the end. It's definitely going off topic of the thread but I'm still bewildered why our coaching staff simply refused to rest players when needed as we were completely banged up come September. We had fit players ready to go at Casey but Goody's reluctance to reward form and play fit players bit him in the [censored]. I'm confident Goody has learnt from this and we will not see this occure again. If it does, kiss top 4 goodbye.- Dynamic Ruck Duo Max & Brodie
I would like to think he was carrying an injury because those two finals game were some of the most softest and pathetic efforts I've seen from a big man. He was incredibly disappointing.- Training and Trackwatching

- Have the Dees ever played a significant game?
Thought after that game Trapper had finally arrived and we were witnessing a genuine superstar. Tore shreds off that game.- Welcome to Demonland Kynan Brown
- Have the Dees ever played a significant game?
Round 23 against Geelong 2021 needs to get spoken more often as an absolute thriller.- Farewell Kye Turner
I'd like to feel the same vibe about him but problem is it seems no one on here has ever seen him play? So hard to know what's hea playing style is like. Is he quick? Good contested mark etc.- Mac Andrew
A young lad breaking the law.. he'll learn. Remember Clayton Oliver got done for drink driving in his first year as well.- Welcome to Demonland Lachie Hunter
I'm a big fan of Spargo and have been a staunch supporter since he arrived at the club. But, personally i thought he was disappointing this year. He defensive work dopped right off along with many others and whilst he is one of our best ball users going inside 50, we're lucky to see him do this 2-3 times on the day. He was incredibly lucky not to get dropped at times especially when I saw a much more dynamic Kade Chandler at Casey level week in week out dominate at VFL level and was also hitting the scoreboard. Big year for Spargo in 2023. If he doesn't find other elements to add to his game such as hitting the scoreboard more and maintaining his pressure then he's simply in trouble for his spot. He's gotta step up especially as he's coming up to that sweet spot of 100 game mark. Laurie and Chandler will be extremely hungry this year to take his spot.- Kozzy Pickett Re-Signs for 4 Years
Not sure either, definitely meant to be a 👍- Kozzy Pickett Re-Signs for 4 Years
100% agree with this. Players of today are completely different breed to what it was 10 or so years ago. Kozzie leaving will be based around family support and lifestyle.- Are we the slowest side?
I've always said that JJ's best spot has always been as an inside mid. Some of his best games for the club were in the first half of 2021 where he was rotating as an inside mid. His hands, toughness and cleaness around the footy was what stood out the most at AFL. Ironically i thought when he's playing as an inside mid he reminded me a lot of James McDonald with that no fuss attitude. If I had to pick between Sparrow and Jordon as a first midfield options it's Jordon for me, by a fair bit. - Mac Andrew
