Again, fixing the typo from On The Couch then those numbers right there are key premiership credentials. Our game is in as good as spot as it has been since 2021, which is why I genuinely think we'll win the flag this year if we can overcome Collingwood, which I know we will.
-
No didn't say mate, but did some research myself and according to @WheeloRatings we are actually 1st? Crows are second.
-
-
All signs of a premiership team right there. The numbers are eerily similar to 2021.
-
Precautionary scan.

Well done Jack and Trac. 100% I would target. Actually surprised we haven't been mentioned as a club of interest considering we did back in his under 18's year. Hopefully we're in the hunt.

Won't happen

[censored] hell footy is cruel. Bloke has worked his [censored] off and was so close to tasting success. Poor fella. Hope we can keep on in some capacity.
-
Are we 100% sure it popped out? Jude Bolton on sideline stated that it was just a stinger and came back on and played the game out.
-
Hibberd is past it.
-
We were without Petty, Oliver, Bowey and Melksham.
-
Maybe I'm on my own, but I don't mind this at all. He's a massive accumulator of the footy so we'd have no issues generating clearences and and getting first hands on the footy. Does this free up the likes of Oliver and Petracca to spend even more time up forward so they're not crashing and bashing their bodies? He comes free without giving up a draft pick up. He's an All Australian midfielder as well so there's certainly class and talent there.
-
He came back on and played out the game. It was a suspected stinger which will be fine in 11 days time.
-
Also factoring that he got towelled up badly by Gary [censored] Rohan in his last full game at senior level. There is simply no spot for Hibberd unless there is an injury to one of our small or medium defenders. Goody has made this pretty evidently come team selections.
-
Absolutely zero chance Bowey is getting dropped.. Actually watch yesterday's game and you'll see that Bowey defended really well and won some critical intercept possessions.
-
Glad I'm not the only one noticed the significant adjustment to our game yesterday. Good get.
-
Interesting by Tom Morris here..
-
Without wanting to get ahead this is probably what excites me. He'll be like a brand new recruit inside our forward 50 and I have already tipped that if he has an injury free year he'll kick over 50 goals next season.
-
No you're not the only one. His attack on the contest and ability to aggressively spoil his man was impressive. He was also willing to back himself when needed to attack. Few times he got into good positions and nearly took some good intercept grabs. At one stage he was incredibly stiff to not be paid a mark deep in their attacking 50. Him and May were alternating between McLean and Amarty and both kept them to 1 goal between the two. So yes, he did his job well.
-
Um yes... the knee injury itself.
-
Excited is an understatement for me. We are in far better shape then last year and was interesting hearing Leigh Montagna on First crack mention something along the lines that we're the only top 4 team for all defensive indicators that are premiership credentials. If someone can correct me on this because I only heard snippets. Beat Collingwood, week off, then hopefully that means we could potentially play Port Adelaide/GWS/St Kilda at the MCG.
