Players sound like they're bored of Goodwin and the same game plan that he's been running two years straight and are simply wanting fresh voices. We've ran with this coaching structure since the end of 2020. Big off season coming up for Goody. If he doesn't make changes he could easily lose the players

If the club is forcing a player to retirement which in this case many are hoping for then the player absolutely has the right to receive majority of his payout excluding incentives because it's the club instigating the decision and not the player. Player doesn't have to agree to the decision especially if they're still in contract.

If they walk away from the club it means there is an agreement between player and club that they're paid out in full of every cent remaining of their contract. So yes, it would free up cap space immediately.

Lol they are injury prone but.. Clearly evident.

I would prefer him spending the whole year down at Casey educating and developing our younger forward crop. But I agree, if he plays it means we've been absolutely decimated with injuries 2019 style.

Reminds me of a bigger and taller Lachie Neale.
  7. The rate he's going he'll be lucky to get on an AFL list. Top age next year so still water to go under the bridge but he'll need to put in a big off season to put himself into draft calculations.

Retire Brown. Can't afford to carry a player that is constantly missing games each year due to cooked knees. I'd happily trade/retire McDonald but I think he stays purely for depth and being a long time servant of the club they'll want to do the right thing by him.
  9. This you as well? Strike rate about at about 0.2%
  10. Aren't you well known on here over the years for completely making stuff up and having a zero strike rate??
  11. All the best Jimmy.
  12. All that death riding of Freo now just seems a waste purely with North compensation. Absolute joke. Didn't realise McKay had turned into Steven Silvagni ll of a sudden.
  13. In fairness to Smith he's been completely played put of position his whole career down back. It's only this year the coaches decided to wake up and realise his athletic traits is best suited up forward.
  14. You're kidding right?
  15. That's absolutely not treating him poorly but okay.. in fact Jordon should count himself lucky he was still able to get senior opportunities ahead of someone like Dunstan who was banging on 30 plus touches each game. When he got his opportunity playing full games he was incredibly disappointing. In fact Goodwin even gave him a stretch of game to try and prove himself and he failed to do so, so back to the VFL he went. Goodwin did the right thing. How did he go in his recent performance against Carlton when he was given another full opportunity?
  16. How did Goodwin treat him poorly??
  17. Robbed of games this year. All the best Luke.

Don't mind coach tearing stips off the players. Just hope someone is tearing strips of Goody for his absolute shambles of team selections in both finals. His selection blunders were just as worse as both losses.
