There's the odd outlier, I know, but I presume most of us want Goodwin, Williams and Richardson, at least, to stay 'happy in the service'. So, which of the names put forward so far in this thread do you think would provide the best chemistry (while of course also providing the best input)? For mine, I suspect it would be someone 'coming through', not an ego.
