I think there is enough anecdotal evidence to suggest that AFL coaching leads to grey hair. I'm no medical professional so I will not comment on the stress/cancer debate.One thing I have read is that Immunoglobulin A levels decrease for 6 hours after 5 minutes of stress or anger so most AFL coaches would have a shitty immune system after each game.
