Salem is bigger, I asked him whilst discussing the Champions League, said he is now on new diet, less soccer more footy! Put on a couple of kilos. I noticed he looks more solid standing next to him. Newton was not at training (assume mixed up with one of the Casey guys), neither was Billy Stretch (he is back at school in SA).

There were four ring ins, I asked Todd Viney "they are Casey guys that have a lot of upside, we want them to experience AFL training", you can read whatever you like into that. A few observations, Frost is huge, Roh Bail told me he is also very strong, so has made a good impression already. Dave Misson is very impressed with the standards. The amount of ball work first up surprised me. The absentees were Grimes, Jetta, Garlett, Lumumba, Vince, Jamar, McKenzie, Trengove, Riley, Spencer. The session went for 2½ hours, including a Tan run for the 1 to 4 year players
