Overrating an All Australian who kicked 4 goals on the weekend, interesting. Playing him on defensive forward would be useless? He would treat that defensive forward the same way as he treated Smith and Gorringe as the defensive forward wouldn't be able to compete with him in the air. Why are you disregarding Dunn playing on Cameron? Don't you rate him as a key defender?

You said best defender should play on best forward. Day is the Suns best forward with Lynch and Dixon being out. Dunn played on their best forward. I don't agree that McDonald is our best key defender when Dunn was close to AA selection last year and finished higher in the B&F. McDonald will probably surpass him but not ATM.

I can see Palmer tagging him. T.Mc's greatest strength is his ability to zone off and take marks I can't see him use this ability if he's wrestling one of the best forwards going around.

The reason he was able to take so many intercept marks because he didn't he didn't have a reasonable player to worry about. To say that he will treat one of the best forwards in comp the same way as he would treat an ordinary player is just plain wrong. I tell you what if he is able to do the things you say he can do on Cameron give him an All Australian jumper all ready because he will be BOG by a country mile. You can ridicule me all you want I just have a feeling I will have to remind you of these comments like I had to remind Curry & Beer's about his comments on Brayshaw last week.

What's the lol for? My point is you play McDonald on Cameron you lose the drive he created last week, he has to show Cameron respect. He can't do what he did to Smith and Gorringe on Cameron he will destroy him. I would have McDonald playing loose as he reads the game well and have him zoning off making sure Dunn doesn't get Cameron one on one. He led the rebound 50's with 7 he won't be doing that on Cameron. I don't see the need for Frost to play forward when we have Dawes there. Salem can rotate through the wing\half back. I would start him on the bench.

McCarthy can play and Tomlinson isn't bad either.

He is a big out for them. He tore us apart last time with his marking and pace.

He can't get a game ahead of Scully so he is clearly a complete spud. We should be looking elsewhere.

I don't know how we will handle the pressure of 4 people booing us it will be immense.

We will have to cover a lot more quality talls this week compared to the Suns game. Well he does join some of the stars of the game with that record in Barham, Djerrkura and Tom Couch so that is something you can hang your hat on. I think people are taking Roos way out of context. He clearly means during the year not necessarily this week, playing him as a sub would be managing him. He doesn't necessarily need to be dropped after 1 game.

People are acting like he will be dropped based on this game. What about his shocker against Essendon? He has been poor 3 out of the last 4 games. You could get away with form like that last year but you shouldn't get away with form like that this year.

It should be talked about. It's an absolute disgrace that the Swans and Brisbane can get the best of both worlds, it's the greatest rort right up there with COLA. He's on that much is he? Wow I've been wondering why he chose us and that is a fair enough reason. When thinking about recruiting high priced players there is 1 bloke that we have to consider and that's the bloke that wears No 1 at Melbourne. If teams are willing to pay 1 Mil a year for a player that is useless at ground level what are they going to pay a key forward that has it all when he comes out of contract? Can we afford Hogan and another high priced recruit and not lose any key players?

I'm pretty certain he has recently signed so he is off the market.

I think we could do better. Who would be a better choice Aish or Scott Selwood? I think we look pretty even across the board we just need that class midfielder that can singlehandedly turn a game on it's head to compliment the goers in N.Jones, Tyson, Viney, Cross, Vince, Brayshaw, vandenBerg and Newton. It might be a pipe dream but if we can get into the 8 or close to it we must go for Dangerfield, we get him and we will explode.

I don't think there was much difference between both of them they were both great. I gave Viney 5 votes and Watts 4. Congrats to T.Mac, Watts, Viney and Jamar for making the team of the round. For the few that had a go at Jamar for not getting the ball he was judged as the best ruckman for the round so he must be doing something right. Garlett very unlucky not to make the team.

So you are after Viney? Do you hate players that can tackle? or is it because he hasn't played enough games? Drop him for McKenzie as McKenzie has played more games that will surely get us a win because your theory is brilliant.
