  1. I don't see how Jefferson plays with van Rooyen in. Forward line too tall unless they are playing van Rooyen in the ruck. I think Heath gets a go. 7. It's not credible. Barracking for a club as a kid makes no difference. He'll go for a crack at a premiership and who gives him the most money. If we continue to play like we did against Essendon we are no chance. Plenty to play out. We can't afford to lose draft picks on Humphrey he's not coming to us. Armartey is a player of interest number 2 or 3 at Sydneymay want to be the main man at another club and we have plenty of cash to spend. Doubt King would want to come to us. I think we have to draft our way out of trouble.
  8. I take my footy seriously like my best 23's.
  9. T.Mac looked cooked but I'm not sure Petty is the answer either hoping young Taylor can become a CHB.
  10. That's when I was angry at the performance nowI have calmed down I want 2 unforced changes and 1 forced. That's not much is it? No membership or scarf burning I'll be there against Brisbane I haven't lost faith yet.
  11. He's close but he only kicked 2 but if Melksham isn't fit enough Jefferson is in my team. First emergency ATM but as I said if Melksham is deemed unfit then he is in and Henderson comes in as an emergency.
  12. How quickly we forget he won us the game against the Suns.
  13. O.K I'm willing to drop both McDonald and van Rooyen. New Side: B: Lever, Turner, Howes HB: Tholstrup, Taylor, Rivers C: Windsor, Langford, Lindsay HF: Chandler, Mihocek, Sharp F: Melksham, Fritsch, L.Pickett FOLL: Gawn, Steele, K.Pickett IC: Petty, Langdon, Sparrow, Culley, Heath EMERG: Jefferson, Kentfield, Moniz-Wakefield IN: Taylor, Rivers, Heath OUT: McDonald, van Rooyen, Salem van Rooyen has kicked 1 goal in for 4 games not zero. That is enough to get him dropped when I think about it.
  14. I have Salem out injured and McDonald and Culley dropped from the seniors. B: Moniz-Wakefield, Adams, Berry HB: Taylor, McDonald, Mentha C: Culley, Stanley, Sinnema HF: Matthews, Johnson, Henderson F: White, Jefferson, Craven FOLL: Kentfield, Bonner, D'Angelo IC: Pipicelli, L.Lual, Gatt, Scapin, Cheffers EMERG: W.Lual, Sruk, Bowden
  15. I would love to 5 or more changes to stick it up the players but I think they will only have 1 forced change Salem and 2 unforced changes Culley and either van Rooyen or McDonald, 1 of them will get 1 week to prove themselves. McDonald is my bet to get dropped with Rivers, Laurie and Heath coming in. If they want to make a statement drop Langdon but I don't think they will. B: Lever, Petty, Howes HB: Tholstrup, Turner, Rivers C: Langford, Sparrow, Windsor HF: Chandler, van Rooyen, L.Pickett F: Fritsch, Mihocek, Melksham FOLL: Gawn, Steele, K.Pickett IC: Lindsay, Langdon, Sharp, Laurie, Heath EMERG: Culley, Kentfield, Henderson
  16. I'll be going this week even though the Essendon game was a kick in the guts. Be interested in how they respond. Think they will respond well, not expecting to win but I think we will put on a good show. More worried about Richmond.
  17. Petty - mark, can't kick
  18. B: Lever, Turner, Howes HB: Taylor, van Rooyen, Moniz-Wakefield C: Windsor, Sparrow, Langford HF: Chandler, Johnson, L.Pickett F: Fritsch, Mihocek, Jefferson FOLL: Gawn, Steele, K.Pickett IC: Lindsay, Tholstrup, Sharp, Melksham, Kentfield IN: Taylor, Moniz-Wakefield, Johnson, Jefferson, Kentfield OUT: Salem (inj), McDonald, Petty, Culley, Langdon
  19. I thought we played alright in the first half but we gave them a sniff leading by 3 goals just before half time and it was the lead we needed and we gave them the next 2 goals and gave them a sniff and in the second half they ran all over us pathetic last half. NO PRESSURE unlike last week. No pressure and then we started to turn it over. GAME OVER. We are the most mentally weak team in the comp. Wouldn't surprise me if we beat Brisbane and then lose to Richmond.
  20. As if he making an impact.
  21. I think your being kind to him. Horrible against Carlton and Fremantle. Hardly touched it against Gold Coast the only servicable game he has had is against the Saints.
  22. 6 touhes? Hate to see the stats if he was bad.
  23. I disagree of course they could be a bust but you back your recruiters in. I'd rather have pick 5 for Petracca than pick 11, 12 and whatever Gold Coast's pick is this year. We didn't have that option unfortunately.
  24. Even though I said it I'm not sure if he's telling truth or not. One thing I do know though is that it's poor journalism with what he said he's had an opinion and hasn't backed it up with facts. It's something that I would do it's not what a journalist should do. I could come out with a certain player at say Collingwood's NGA isn't eligible at Collingwood it wouldn't make me right though. If I didn't know better I would have thought he has intentionally made Melbourne supporters angry because it will be the 3rd time Melbourne has had a NGA player become ineligible due to the rules which makes us think why are we spending money on an NGA program that isn't working.
