Thankfully the interchanges are getting back to decent levels. The 140 changes a game had gotten out of hand. 60 probably next year, I wonder where they will stop. Perhaps 40. 10 a quarter seems reasonable I personally like getting back to the old days. We don’t need blokes sprinting through 3 minutes stints and taking a break. I

May yes. Lever still has to put a quality full season together. the longer they play together the better when you have confidence in your big men at the back to mark/spoil, it makes it a lot easier for the others to run off and rebound

No doubt we have a mentally soft culture. when the chips are down or we are on the verge of something good, we generally fail. I want to see an angry team this year. I don't want people to 'like' Gawn, Viney, May, Lever, Clarry - I want them to respect and even fear them a bit. if I mess up, I'll get a bollocking. Every team does not need this for success but we certainly do. The A listers need to demand more, then the guys who coast like the 'Hunts' will naturally train harder, play harder, concentrate for longer. You need to be obsessed with success for it to come. I cannot disagree with Mark's comments.

certainly helps to trade in elite talent. Neale arguably the best mid in the comp. Cameron is the best small fwd in the comp and up there with the best forward, full stop. Daniher potentially will win a coleman this year
