Salem is also critical obviously. But even without them we have a good chance of winning

Clarry, Trac, Viney and Gawn is easily the best midfield we have had in 50+ years

I reckon Baker would be a chance to come into the team, maybe for Melksham Baker played well at Casey - as least stats wise

Could somebody that knows footy tactics better than me comment if they think the crows cracked our defence on Sat? They played man on man and didn’t allow lever to be free that much. The way we respond to a loss is important. Calm reasoned minds prevail. I see some on this forum. hopefully the team can retain its confidence, re-embrace the team first mantra and continue to fight on. Salem and Viney in make us immeasurably better. No major changes in the fwd line are needed. We didn’t lose the game there

Gawn had a good solid game unlike a lot of the team. 20 touches at 85% 10 marks including 5 contested good ruck work and a goal he had a big influence on the game. The crows had to change the way they moved the bell as he was marking everything down the line

The Crows deserved the win as they went in harder for longer. Having gotten over the anger of the last minute non deliberate I’m feeling ok now. Unlike a lot of posters on here we need to take this loss and relax. Review it, get better. Realise we are 9-1. A few players have to take a look at how they handled the pressure.

Do people really think Brown instead of Weideman would have made a difference today? Weed at least put some pressure on unlike Brown would have. I’d keep the fwd line the same.

Hunt is showing the lack of composure that got him dropped over the past 2 years. he needs to do better or can’t be risked down back when you are playing poorly, do the simple things
