Meh at this stage I would have picked the Saints ahead of us as well. It might have turned out a little different if we didn't finish the season like we did.
-
I agree. This isn't a JLT game, we're now playing a player down as far as I'm concerned.

Spew-worthy. Hutchison, Newman, Maddern and Hughes are all pathetic excuses for hosts. If 9 insist on having an AFL show on a Thursday evening they need to scrap all of the above and start from scratch with a new format. I'd like to see Gawn concentrate on backing up last season rather than playing a character on a crumby expired tv show.

I think Riewoldt needs to be shut down from the start of the game, if he gets his hands on the ball early we struggle to stop him for the rest of the game. Does Bugg give us too much height to stick with him? He has the endurance to run on him all day. I think any of our talls would struggle and are needed elsewhere on the ground.

Confirmed.

Montagna generally plays pretty well against us, at least he won't be playing.

Oh no not contact during a training drill! I hope Hullett was put into the naughty corner because a training spectator deemed it 'reckless.'

If we lose our first two we may as well give up.

I agree. It worked somewhat in the JLT when players weren't running at 100% or tagging certain players. Playing Spencer in the proper season will kill us, we need the extra run.

Saint Kilda Shmaint Milda, enough talking them up already, we'll smash them.

Drink and drive and you're all sweet, miss a training session and you're a bloody idiot.
-
You don't hand out compliments willy nilly bitters so this obviously means a lot to me.

He does look slippery like a Frankfurt, might slip through a tag.
-
Only if they look like a woman.

From what I've seen of Rance, he is definitely overrated. I don't get the media's obsession with him, and he's a bloody weirdo.
-
I thought he looked familiar. Not sure if he's from Perth but he looks like he is, so he is now.

Common sense would suggest Trengove was well aware that unless there was a late out or injury during the game he would not be playing. Goodwin said we wanted to stick with playing 22 players, I'm sure this would have been stated and reiterated to the players. To think Trengove was sitting on the bench all night not knowing what was going on is just ridiculous.

JLT Round 4, Thursday 9th March - West Coast at Subiaco

No game time. They wanted to stick with playing 22. I suppose Trenners was only going to get a run if a player came off injured. -

We can have up to six on the interchange. -

Nothing creepy about this. At all. -

I don't know about that bitters. I'm generally pretty reserved when refreshed, the most extreme thing I did after a win over here was throw my own faeces at some Dockers members cars as they left the ground. -

I know it's only a JLT game but jeez I hope we win this, I love being at a game over here and beating the home side. If Watts has 25+ touches and kicks 4 and we win, I plan on making a real mess of myself.
