Going by the second photo: Clockwise from Brian Dixon (checkered shirt), Noel McMahon, Clyde Laidlaw, Ian Thorogood, John Lord, Frank Davis, [censored] Fenton-Smith, Ron Barrassi, John Beckwith and Hassa Mann. Can the mods uncensor Fenton-Smiths first name?

Purple shirt in wheelchair is Ian Thorogood, obviously Barassi is in there too. The others I’m not sure about right now but will confirm who was in attendance a bit later with the old man.

For this season I’ll be sticking with ‘traditional’ Foxtel. I rang them today to get a better deal and after threatening to cancel I settled on paying $29 a month for IQ3, this is for the Entertainment package, Sports channels and HD. If you’re in a similar boat and only have Foxtel for AFL give them a call and save yourself a few bucks.

I take almost nothing away from scratch matches except perhaps the fitness level of individuals. Any AFL listed player can look like a star when the opposition lowers their pressure.
