  1. We better believe him then, that would be final, as final as Roos.
  2. said to be - who said? suggestions of - who suggested? name mentioned - by whom - the postie? souces reveal - what sources - that postie again? Edit: Removal of name. Don't want to cross lines.
  3. Damian Barrett, pick a number any number 1-10 No one can deny it so any number will do. He can argue the MFC have refined the number if his guess was wrong. By the time it happens most people have forgotten his scoop. Muck and myth peddler. This type of journalism is pathetic. Lets make up a story. Lipflap said to be on third and final warning, suggestions of workplace harassment. Lipflap's name mentioned in connection to pedophilia ring. Sources reveal that Lipflap in talks with underworld identity. ATO investigation into tax evasion, journalist names mentioned. We expect Lipflap to deny any wrongdoing. Charges pending How easy is it to make stuff up. Edit:- Name changed to Lipflap to protect the writer.
  4. Both better than Nic Nat but he is a million dollar man! 6 disposals 6 hitouts 66% eff disp. 1 mark 0 tackles.
  5. I agree with Gary Lyon. NicNat overated. And Viney will be a gun.
  6. Wow highlights package from 2011 that's a while ago. And gee whiz didn't see more than 1 highlight in a game. One trick pony like we have been saying. In four games this year Cam Pedersons stats are better than Nic Nat, he might be injured you say, he is playing and his coach said he will play again this week. Overated show pony. PS. Do I remember him winning the game round 8 last year? 18 disposals 6 marks Effective disposals 50% 1 goal. He kicked the last goal, did he win the match? at 50% disposal efficiency? I doubt it. And that was his best game for the year, 2 brownlow votes. (less than Jack Watts)
  7. I am talking about this year, NicNat has played 4 games, at the moment over 4 games Pedo has outperformed him! I love his highlights absolutely spectacular but If I were a WCE supporter I would want much much more.
  8. Cannot remember NicNat playing a full game, agreed spectacular highlights, runs through packs but he is not a great footballer. looks like he has no idea of what to do half the time. He will have the longest lowlights reel of any current top pick. Next time we play them, spend some time and just watch him, he spends a lot of time looking lost. I am so glad we took Watts. Compare some stats. http://www.footywire.com/afl/footy/ft_player_compare?tid1=12&pid1=3107&tid2=19&pid2=3108&type=A&fid1=S&fid2=S And to blow your socks off compare Nic Nat to Cameron Pederson who we want to send to Casey. http://www.footywire.com/afl/footy/ft_player_compare?tid1=12&pid1=3552&tid2=19&pid2=3108&type=A&fid1=S&fid2=S This season NicNat averages 6.8 effective disposals, 11 hitouts and 2 clangers per game. Overrated!
  9. If I was picking today between Tom Scully, Nic Naitanui, Mathew Kreuzer, Bryce Gibbs and Jack Watts (I know different drafts) i'd pick in order, 1 Jack Watts - Sublime skills his time is coming 2 Tom Scully - running machine 3 Mathew Kruezer - injury prone may never show his best 4 Bryce Gibbs - disinterested 5 Nic Naitanui - one trick pony not a smart footballer and I don't rate Scully.
  10. Maybe he and Mitch could go surfing, have a look at the real world. Could be good for both of them. Good luck Jack.
  11. C Sylvia charged with striking B Moloney go figure. All that wasted talent.
  12. former #1 pick Mulders bytch. There I said it.
  13. Why are no questions being asked at GWS about the value they get from former #1 pick Mulders bytch?
  14. Tommy Mac looks more like Jimmy. And Kent like a muscled up Hassa Mann
  15. We have a saying at our house, when people talk without saying anything. Lipflap Commentators can be experts at lipflap, their lips are moving but nothing important is coming out. Blah blah rhubarb rhubarb blah blah, what do you think (insert name) Oh yes blah blah blah rhubarb blah rhubarb rhubarb blah blah. I couldn't have said it better myself blah blah If you can't add to the picture , please shut up. Perhaps there should be an annual lipflap award. The Brian Taylor Lipflap Award for the most noise without content..
  16. The funny thing about TV football commentary is that 90% of it is pointless. The last thing I need is a moron telling me what I am looking at. Ritchie Benaud is a great commentator. "My mantra is: put your brain into gear and if you can add to what's on the screen then do it, otherwise shut up" Ritchie Benaud If only football commentators could do that.
  17. The Doc was one of the best I have seen. His wet weather play was un-paralleled. Played tall short whatever, yes a football genius.
  18. Checked the stats, 20th April Juction Oval St Kilda home game. MCG vacant that weekend. Have found some marbles under my chair, I think they might be mine though.
  19. I saw Jimmy's first game, not good, was sent to Prahan I think to learn to play, kick also. He was this gawky giraffe type kid that could run, didn't know where to run but he could run. His kicking style was ...............I suppose a little like Spencer but less penetration if possible. I thought he had no hope of making it. When he returned he was a little better but still very awkward. He really didn't break out until the year after he ran over the mark at Waverley 1987? He developed brilliantly but it took time. Spencer needs more time. Maybe we could send him to Prahan
