  1. I think giving exclusive access to an NGA inside the top 40 to a non expansion team is a dangerous action. (If I have read what you are saying correctly)
  2. There has been a few. Daniher and Lynch. The interesting one is Zac Williams who the Giants got a first round pick reportedly based on the 700k a year the Blues offered him. I can see North getting a pick straight after their first natural pick here.
  3. Long term reader, ex Demonology person. Bobby Mck is taking the p iss here. I hope so anyway. 3 word is a great thread. Love it JB
  4. Taylor is very good friends with Jake Levers family. He did call the Dees win at the throw in that resulted in the Melksham mark and goal.
  5. Im not sure that Lynda's story is conclusive that wore the glasses on the field. I just dont remember him with glasses on while playing in the seniors.
  6. I was at the first game he played and I dont recall him wearing glasses on the field at any time. Happy to be corrected.
  7. I was wondering how you will be connecting the clue with the solution.
  8. He could not of possibly said no. Right place right time for him. No one on the planet was entitled to know his intentions mid year. Its the way the AFL works.
  9. This has really sparked my interest. What happened that Scully was to become the only player in the history of the AFL who was obligated to announce his intentions mid year to change clubs.
  10. This is Vernon with our Bichon Frise who after a wonderful long life left us last year. They simply adored each other. Best friends for 15 years. Really nice story.
  11. Our dogs have always been a huge part of the family. I have no doubt they give kids skills, attributes and responsibilities only they can teach.
  12. This is Vernon. He is a rescue dog so we inherited his name. My wife and I have had dogs all our married life. Out first was Lovie named after Brett Lovett. Vernon is 17 and is partially deaf and blind. He knows the time however. He never misses dinner time and walk time. He gets walked up and down Collins street every night. His favorite nights are Thursday and Friday when the office girls come out of the pubs. He loves the attention. A beautiful dog.
  13. I've booked Monday to Friday as well. I was there for the 2021 game. Customs house hotel on Saturday night was a sea of red and blue. Fantastic pub. Hobart my favourite trip venue.
  14. He looks very much like the distressed Dee fan they showed sitting in the stands after the Essendon game in 2013.
  15. This tells me the solution is not related to the letters contained in the players names, rather a unique AFL stat. each share. Agree with W H, cant connect JVR.
  16. I've watched and loved the Dees for 60 years. Nothing compares to Robert Flower.
  17. WCW gave an extra clue in her last post
  18. Danny Ward would be a good option.
  19. If we win a flag everything else is cream. 1, Kozzie signs 2. Dockers bottom 4 3. We use the Dockers picks to land a huge fish.

Giants (particularly if it was a Manning game) @ DC would have been fantastic. Passionate fans in Washington. Sat in the East stand for a friendly against Colchester a few years back. Older and sober I was more worried about getting out of the ground in an emergency.

I regularly attended games at Stamford Bridge in the 80’s. I have been a visiting fan at Green Bay and Arlington. I use these 2 because they are the only stadiums I have visited as a Niners fan. There is absolutely no comparison between the atmosphere at the NFL and English football games. Big cities in the US get to see their team 8 times a year. It is a major event. The pre-game is an event in itself. Game day crowd participation is like no other sport in the world. I’ve sat in the stands at Candlestick Park and just recently Levis Stadium and being at Stamford Bridge against another London club just doesn’t compare to what I’ve experienced. Would be keen to know where you have been to to watch the NFL.
  22. R. Flower R Robertson B Norsworthy.I think would be another example.
  23. By memory what she was studying was only offered in Tasmania and led her into a specialised industry. Big brain.
