Not really interested in getting into a discussion around this however I think it is worth noting that stamina probably would not form part of a key selection criteria for an accountancy grad whereas leadership qualities probably would for an AFL prospect. Anyway it all depends upon if they have the data that is a good indicator of future behaviour.

Sophisticated psychometric testing with proven normative data can profile players leadership qualities, decision making and other traits. I think you will find banks, accounting firms, insurance coys etc. rely heavily on the them for their graduate intakes. These guys are entering their chosen field of work. Don’t know about being able spell tomato backwards however.
