He’s getting 1 million plus now. Hard to imagine him getting more elsewhere. As other posters have said it’s an hyper inflated ego and a sense of entitlement plus possibly others in his ear.

Being part of a so-called minor club he has obtained a premiership, Norm Smith, multiple AAs, best and fairest. He has a good following on social media. Max has been able to form a very marketable brand from his work at this Club. I don’t get his beef.

This is turning out to be one of the most blatant examples of soiling your own nest that I can remember. It is hard to see Trac coming out of this with his reputation/brand or football future in tact. Very sad in some ways but you reap what you sow. Like most, initially I was devastated at the thought of him leading but I now hope he does.
