It'd be great if TMac drops the weight but we can't just expect that to get him back to 2018 levels. With no Jesse, he won't be getting the 21ndbest defender like he was, but it may mean Weid gets off the chain a bit more. I think there is definitely room for TMac, Weid and Dogga Jackson in the team with Fritta playing higher up the ground.

Dees Reviewing Senior Footy Department Positions

Any idea if it's an internal or external review? And which players were mentioned? -
Apparently another Essendon player we are looking at, if he decides to leave. https://coupler.foxsports.com.au/api/v1/article/amp/afl/afl-trade-whispers-rumours-contracts-player-movement-adam-saad-brayden-ham-tom-morris-essendon/news-story/30ee4082f1c23fc9726681eb34d120c1?__twitter_impression=true

Well this aged well, Andy ?

Will be surprised if they go with 2 rucks. Think Max misses, as will Clarry

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HARLEY BENNELL
Mickey replied to Tinks's topic in Melbourne Demons
Fine not suspended because of Spargo and Kosi earlier in the year. Reckon that might be curtains for Harley. Pert didn't pull any punches in the media release. -
There you go. I'm still not sure they are in the space where they'll trade guys like that out.
-
All of the trade speculation rests on Clarko finally acknowledging the club needs to rebuild, which he doesn't seem to. Graham Wright went on radio this afternoon seemingly shooting down any trade talk for gunston/Smith et al. And I'm more than happy to see them down the bottom in such a compromised draft
-
Vice captain if Viney leaves, maybe. They won't take the captaincy off Max
-
Lace out on YouTube does a good highlights package. Includes all frees, goals and behinds. Gets put up very quickly too
-
Was good to see Tracc have a go at Mumford after he smacked Clarry. He was clearly brought in to play the man, which he did often and without the umps pulling him up for it.
-
Hey Red. In short, yes. But clubs have been reluctant to match and trade so far, presumably because they don't want to be stuck with a player that doesn't want to be there. Now, matching the bid and forcing a trade would be ruthless, but it could also backfire.
-
The only problem is a mid 1st round pick is really an end of 1st in this draft. It's better than what we have but geez, this draft is just so compromised
-
Dogs have been super flaky. Not sure Beveridge is the coach to bring any consistency
-
Which we lose after Essendon jump us and kick 7 in the first 10 minutes
-
Have read somewhere (can't remember where) that list cuts may be put off til 2022, just to help clubs that already have too many players contracted. Would make sense and still assist with cutting some of the running costs for clubs without unduly impacting clubs with contract payouts.

Time for our much vaunted fitness to win this for us.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HARRISON PETTY

Any idea how he is progressing? Burgo doesn't update on the long termers much -
8 other occasions. Just checked myself. More than I thought
-
Compare the pair. Sidebottom and Clarry - same number of kicks. Clarry going at 88%, Sidebottom 38% ?
-
Our final qtrs have been good though, and they have a number playing their first game back from injury. All that said, I'm also not confident
-
Spargo - 7 score assists

Neita used to be the same. -
It's official. Brayshaw and Viney cant play in the same team at present. No surprise that Brayshaw had a ripper 2018 when viney was out injured all year.
