Dear Sue,Watts has been given an enormous amount of oppurtunity to succeed ahead of Jamar and Fitzpatrick.We have to be brutality honest he will never "cut the mustard",the Whites,Harmes,O.Mac,Hunt,Brayshaw,Petracca will or have exceeded his playing ability. I will guarrantee you that our next lot of draftees will also be better, Watts will quickly become irrelevant.RESISTANCE IS FUTILE. The same scenario may apply to DAWES,HOWE and GARLAND.For the so called players playing below expectations they will be culled this time around.

There may be worse players than Watts for skill but most have a bit more guts than Jack.This player along with Howe,Garland,Dawes are not going to help us win a flag let alone get into the finals and the only reason they didn't get culled last year because there was plenty of cull fodder in front of them. Apart from dropping himself (weird) this is the second time he has been made an emergency,what sort of crap is that? I once said that COLIN SYLVIA was a waste of time and yet I constantly copped flak from certain people,Jack Watts is going the way of the doddo bird. At one stage I stuck up for him but no more.

The Dees pick up some good midfield players in Brayshaw,Petracca,Vander,Hunt,and Harmes (185-188 cm) and other positional players in White,O.Mac and Stretch.In the past we would pick up smaller mids who would get constantly get [censored] f..ked by the oppostion.There are very good smalls out but not many.We need talls for forward and defence will the ability to ruck.Another 2 strong body mids would be good.Personally I would go for Weidemann he is a bit like Darcy Moore and the diamond in the rough for a small mid would be Mason Redman reminds me of an uncut version of Ablett jnr. Havn't decided on the defender and big body mid. The so called fringe players that avoid the cull years end I would try to turn them into "killing machines" thus avoiding rebuild mark 6

Mr CBDEES,I havn't given up fitzy also.I was having a discussion with another dee supporter this morning who is to be blame for the so called fringe players for not progressing as much as they should,is it the club or the individual? Mostly I would blame the club for failing to give the individual the tools to succeed,it may be mental and/or physical training.However as a group of fringe players perhaps they should demand a better system for their development or produce a system that will enable them to succeed.Perhaps the coach believes that players have reached their used by dates. Does anyone know in the 8 team development league VFL why there are constanty having byes?…………. maybe teams have TAFE training every now and then !!!

Just drop one of the following out of Watts,Howe,Dawes,Dunn for our pass poor performances this may be a wake up call to the rest. Can we replace Nat Jones footballer with Nat Jones from the mad max movie? Anyway I would lke to see Nat play in another position, poor guy is getting tagged to pieces. We do have our constant in and outs footballers….. often referred to a merry go round

Set an example by dropping senior players for putting in sub standard performances.Change playing positions of players so they have a chance to gain or remain confident.Toughen up players.Set goals for reserve players this will give them self esteem.Do away with critiqueing reserve players mfc web site or critique senior playes.Much much more.

The supporters are to blame for their negativity,one way to cure that is to support another club.How many times this year have the dees failed to switch on especially at quarter time.Roos puts it down to depleted stocks yet he is responsible for the playing list.Perhaps when Goodwin takes over he gets himself a Bolton type assistant !!! Another rebuild looks certain perhaps the coaching staff should be included in the purge.Next week we can successfully finish off the year with another loss.

Continueing from my 6.06 pm comments,what also pees me off players given free speech and in doing so they end up making dum arse calls i.e Dawes statement early this year the Hawks are ripe for the taking,nothing like egg on your face 100 pts loss.Matty "sweller" Brugan analyses of the match just sounds too "mushy".The club needs to be tough on and off the field. Someone made the statement that we do not have quick footballers,part of that is true,some players are quick but can look slow it is perception.Increasing players reflexes can improve their speed and increase their response time when delivering the ball to fellow team mates.The positive side is the dees have recruited mids in Hunt and Harmes,a defender in White, A forward/whatever in O.Mac and a possible ruckman in King.With Frost,Kent,Petracca available next year. If we can pick up A fwd,a mid and a defender for next year the club should be much better off.Talking about speed Fitzy is fairly quick personally I would play him on the wing in the reserves to see what he can do. My end of year prediction Cross will replace one of the midfield coaches,Jamar will be the new ruck coach.Mckenzie,Bail,Terlich,Toumpas,M.Jones,Riley or Minchie and Fitzy or Spencer and Howe to be delisted/traded.

I can understand why supporters are negative,the club now and in the past have made many fundamental errors (1) the influence of the MCC members (2) no structure in place and development for youth,under Slug Jordan U19 premierships were won yet the players didn't seem to advance to the seniors,the same went for reserves (3) recruitment of has beens (4) Bad choice of draft pick i.e Toumpas when we could had Wines and Watts when we could of had Nic Nat. (5) Vision and much more. The things that pee me off is the critique of casey players and not the seniors,this cannot be made by the existing coach the wording and phrases are the same as the last coach.Players threatening the club after being dropped i.e Sylvia.The endless oportunities given to a select few whilst others get very little chance.

We are still blaming Watts despite his best efforts in the the past five odd matches.This guy is still gutless,still makes stupid mistakes despite being a 100 gamer. He has had plenty of opportunities in the past despite [censored] week efforts and is only dropped for poor form by himself. Other players at the club have not been afforded that luxury,for some reason Paul Roos thinks this person will be something for us to be proud of,a bit like Coiln Sylvia was.I will ask the question what club that is currently in the eight would want JACK WATTS? By the way I use to be a supporter of Watts when he played under Neil Craig,no more also I think Howe,Dawes,Grimes are not up to scratch. If it is too harsh for feeble minds don't read.

The coach told us we were negative,perhaps he used a voltmeter.Recommend that supporters take positively charged ions ( some may refer to protons ) to combat the negatively then will become neutral ( who gives a [censored]). I adore Barletts statement were on track,what to another re-build. I havn't heard anything about what is coach going to do to fix the problem,I forgot we don't have one.The negativety is coming out again. Funny thing most supporters ( exclude colin syvlia lovers) knew at the start of the year that Watts,Dawes,Dunn and Howe (give or take one or four others) are not up to scratch and they will never be.Yet the coach does not seem to drop them and to use the excuse we don't have descent replacements may be true,neverless dropping them may be the catalyst the club needs. This so-called combination Gawn,Jones and Vince should be broken up.Gawn tires and cannot see a full game out or lacks experience.Jones and or Vince are tagged out of the game.Nat being the captain can't be made to look stupid on the field because the opposition are too smart for us and they know to beat the demons just tag Nat all day. He needs to play elsewhere,forward most likely.Going back to my so called awesome(awful) foursome,there are worst players but these one's have a great deal of experience and need to be held accountable.Why should the reserves get critiqued for their performances when the seniors don't,where is the fairness in that?Perhaps there is justification to get rid of players!!! Dees supporters should be called the stolen generation and thus receive a 170,000 dollars pay out from the federal government as was done in the the past,compensation for pain and suffering. Once again I mentioned that nothing seems to happens to the untouchables in Watts,Dunn,Garland,Dawes,etc….. When are the hard decisions going to get made? It is alright to play these duds for the sake of trade bait,f..k the supporters. Once again I said beat Nat Jones and Vince it is curtains for the Dees,perhaps Nat needs a change of scenery play forward or change clubs ( Franklin was very popular at Hawthorn,however the Hawks won 2 premierships without him).
