Reserves players are not up to scratch,Sandringham easily had their measure.Paul Roos has stated that we are short on good back up players,our reserves have been compared to Hawthorn being much more "senior"prepared. If you don't give the lads in the reserves a fair go in the 1st's one cannot acheive what the Hawks have achieved. Giving appraisal of reserve players and not the senior players on the mfc website is not what I would call a club culture. Who the Dees bring in and drop will not make a difference against next week wounded beast Hawthorn ………. I wish for the opposite.

Recently one on the authors made a statement about something I had written months ago.taking in consideration that I have never attacked anyone before on deemonland. This person suggested that I must have been [censored]. I am of aboriginal heritage,is this person referring to that coloured people cannot have an opinion only if they are [censored]. This person I refer to is probably has changed his pass word in the past. The person goes under the name of SIR PAUL ROOS. If the moderator cannot stop people from making racial or nasty comments then I plan to take legal action against such offenders.

Why are the reserves so bad,with 12 afl listed players they cannot beat sides that have no afl listed players.Perhaps they have a mindset which causes them to be under achievers,previous coach Neeld didn't help anyone and the lack of opportunity in the seniors this year and perhaps the coaching is not up to scratch. I watch the reserves play 3 times this year,they don't seem to play like the seniors,matter of fact they seem disinterested,these young people deserve to be given a go in the seniors regardless of their form in the reserves because it will help their self esteem,confidence and they will see light at the end of tunnel. Troy Davis a non afl player previously listed by mfc is one of our best reserve players ironically he was axed by Roos without given much opportunity.The coaching department this year probably worth a more than a million dollars compared to last year should have achieved more than 4 wins.Are the Demons going to replace all of all reserve ( afl listed) players for under performing? A rebuild of a rebuild of a rebuild again!!!!! oh my god. IF JADE RAWLINGS is a candidate for replacing Roos he needs to immediately take over the reserves coaching,what his face…..good bye.Roos twice this year mentioned how big the Fremantle Dockers midfielder were,yet we still have a lot of small midfielders at the club in Evans,Bail,Nat Jones,Toumpas,Kent,Riley etc with of the loss of Cross,Tyson looking like he needs a rest, our back ups are not up to scratch,we really should have recruited a couple of tall mids at the lower end of the draft spectrum.I also wonder are the reserves happy playing and or being associated with Casey perhaps it is time to go alone like other afl clubs.This year I would have used Watts(196 cm,2 cm less than Jamar)as a Ruck rover like Blicavs (Geelong),Gawn as a ruck man/forward inter changing with KIng,Fitzpatrick on the wing in the RESERVES from round 1 until they can become a dominating factor,these guys except King should be Demon Household names by now.I am sick to death on Roos tells everyone we are a 17TH side and the reserves coach tells us about how many touches the players had, we should be told what is going to be done about the dismal performances at senior and reserve level,forget report cards on players it is childish ………. When is the season going to be over…yawn.

We are not much better than last year,don't expect to win another game.Paul Roos stated that their tall mids are like centre half forwards and centre half back,too big,too strong and too talented for our guys.Our player list contains a lot of ordinary footballers.Watts should be used as a ruck rover playing in the two's until he presents himself as as a stand out.Who is going to be the Dees next ruck/ruck combination Jamar/spencer/gawn/king/fitzpatrick …… all need to improve out of sight.I wish that on the dee website players should stop propping each other up especially when the team is crap.Why don't the reserves play like the senior?and why are they so bad especially when we have so many senior players in the team?

I watch some of this match on the abc today,the scorpions were pathetic,it was like watching the Demon senior side play last year.Gawn doesn't seem to tap the ball to his rovers,too many players tend to fumble.However I find the extended contract to SPENCER weird. He cannot kick and cannot play anywhere else. Fitzy is not a full forward so why does the club continue to play him there.Why isn't the reserves playing like the seniors. I also wonder ,are the players despondent because they do not get a chance to play at senior level. WHO is going to get the chop at the end of the year? FITZY,Evans,Gawn,BYRNES,TAPSCOTT,STRAUSS,NICHOLSON,MINCHIE,BLEASE (reserves) ,Jordie MacK,TERLICH,MATT JONES. PAUL ROOS needs to change things re the reserves i.e more inclusion and the coach needs to set the bar much higher for the reserves.The Kangaroos are currently making a meal of the Demons

SPENCER gets dropped after round 5,does not play reserves ,no mention of any injuries in round 5 and no mention on the MFC website under player injuries..Yet the Herald-SUN listed him out for 3 weeks. MAX KING no mention of being injured on the MFC website yet the Herald-SUN listed him out for 4 weeks. MAX GAWN an emergency for the seniors RD8 did not get a gig in the seniors or reserves. Perhaps the MFC does not like to keep base with their supporter or are we mushrooms,kept in the dark and fed on bull sh.t ..OR maybe they are undergoing a bionic transplant. If anyone has got a clue what's going on,please let the rest of the supporters know... Overall we gads a good lost, my anxiety level has gone done a fair bit this year,hopefully it is not early days.

Fancy spencer wants to be another mummy, only can happen if he plays for a serious footy side,cannot be achieved at demonland. one or two of our ruck stocks must go,we have JAMAR,SPENCER,GAWN and KING with the possibility of FITZY. As I have said in the past we should have gone for CRIPPS or BILLINGS or at least SHEEDS. Salem my be good sooner or later , I think he had some sort of virus ( not deemonitis) recently which affected his football preparation. WATTS is too soft for afl footy best we trade,you cannot train courage. N.JONES should get stuck into his fellow players for a bad performance,perhaps he should insist he and team mates suffer some sort of penalty,like a 10 klm run followed by a swim at st.kilda beach on monday morning. CHANGES TO TEAM FOR ROUND 6 ……….. Replace rubbish in the seniors with rubbish in the reserves will not make any difference,on paper we should get smashed 80-100 pts. we were a 2-20 side last this year,this year we will be a 1-22 team this year.

The Dees players could be overawed by past and current coaches Bailey was premiership player,Neeld came from a premiership team as an assistant and Roos is a premiership coach.High standards set might be too difficult to achieve. Where do we go from hear, 800 plus disposals; 10 goals in two matches along with players unable to take simple chest marks,tackling almost non existent ,passing the ball to fellow team mates below par etc. The club could bring in Evans,Blease and Kent .These guys haven't played senior footy this year.Why not pick Viney ( not likely to happen).Perhaps Roos will have to change the position of some players so as to minimise over use of the ball,improve defence and forward areas and most minimise player stupid errors. For a long time I thought Watts and Pederson would step up…… nothing like wishful thinking……. wheres the SHIRAZ!!!!! This is my radical team for this week assuming GAWN is on leave. CLARK injury now is long term ,DAWES injury is on going well pasted the expected due date back Perhaps the coaching staff at Demonland can tells us b.s because we easily believe it, sorry it is not good enough. WATTS played well,still does not have a ticker, we could of had Nic Nat instead,WE could of got WINES instead of TOUMPAS and certainly I think SHEEDS or CRIPPS would have been a better option than SALEM. I was watching a pub side play Hawthorn,we will be lucky to get past 17th on the ladder.Roos said young players need to go back and forward between 1st and 2nd sides.The Dees don't have enough quality Senior players to lead our younger players. Extended contracts given to some players in the past was purely stupid.How did CLARKSON succeed?,6 wins in his first year……2 premierships and a runners up to his credit.TYSON,VINCE and CROSS are the only positives the rest should play for nothing,pink slips all around!!!!!!. Let's cut out the b.s out on the M.F.C website i.e Garland lends his supports to Alexis. we are rubbish forget accolades.

With so many knockers out there I am beginning to understand why the Dees suffer from a losing mentality,perhaps the brain of some authors havn't developed,logic might be a gift to some. Fancy selecting a round one team with players that have left the club or are contracted at other clubs. All those mentioned above I would give the total combined ten (10). Most would not get a game at any other club. Ask the question at the end of 2014.

With the addition of three mids,Vince.Minchie and Tyson someone is going to miss out.......Bail and Blease may be casualties.What about Magner,McKenzie, Byrnes and M.Jones?Trengrove could play forward next year.What about defence, Dunn,Strauss,Nicholson may all be casualties.Tapscott could be safe,only because of his long distance kicking.Pedersen probably will get another year,lightly "raced"Most likely play defence.Grimes should should play defence next year.For team balance(an ugly name) Frawley,Terlch and Clisbert perhaps one will have to go. Now for the rucks Jamar,gone.Gawn to be main ruck,Spencer back up and Fitzy could play wing due to his speed,not a silly idea as SCHWARZ 196cm played wing in his latter years for the Dees.The forward line may end up being too top heavy Howe,Dawes,Hogan and Clark.Hogan could play defence,doubt if Clark will ever be right and Dawes hammy probably might be ongoing,however these four look like an awesome combination.Watts playing as a Ruck Rover should be an added bonus to the midfield,hopefully he could play an Adam Goodes role. The above are only my thoughts and will certainly differ for anyone else. GO THE DEES 2014.

The Bulldogs aren't concerned with picking up an experience midfield player,plenty of good youngsters. Why does it seem to be a big deal? Not many teams are interested in acquiring our non achievers. I did say in the past we had a problem with the MCC and administrator......footy dept. ( GOING GOING GONE), WATTS to play RUCK/ROVER...midfield ......becomes a reality.Colin Sylvia an under achiever/ trouble maker......GONE there is a god. We should play like the SWANS......Paul Roos isa the the coach....GUESS WHAT?........Few authors have called me silly...Others say spot on. Nothing wrong with Voss as a candidate for senior assistant coach,he is younger than Roos so the "age thing"is not going to be a problem.He deserves another chance,surely!. Malthouse won premierships with West Coast,failed at the Dogs and then took a long time to get success at Pieland. I don't believe he is not in the running the same goes for C.Ling.
