What I have done in the past is screenshot the stats off the AFL app or website at the end of each quarter.

Thanks Very kind. Nothing for me on a regular basis. I just like to see how the stats play out versus my own eyes when watching the game.

That's fair. It certainly should be easier to access such basic info on the AFL website/app.

Don't go to too much effort Wheelo but things like clearances, cont and uncontested possessions would be great. Maybe tackles for a defensive aspect. Even a differential would help if its easier. Maybe others have some good suggestions as well?

The closest thing I've found for quarterly stats is the AFL app when you look at a player eg. How any touches they had in the 3rd quarter. Footywire has a brief quarter by quarter scoring breakdown but that's it.

Some, but really just notable numbers - and only one or two per quarter. For example this comment was made at the 20 mins mark of the last quarter:

Daniel Hoyne from champion data was on the show and pretty much confirmed that for the first time since Chanpion Data have been recording speed of ball movement, Melbourne was the fastest ever on the weekend in terms of moving the ball with speed.
