There will be 3.20 games

It leads straight into the News Bulletin, the only reason the fixture exists

Sitting in the members it felt and looked like it was going to be well above 25,000. So it was disappointing to hear it was only 23,072.

If we get that weather again next week I'd hope for at least 10,000 more for a Sydney game.

There's always going to be differences of opinion on starting times. I happen to like the 3.20 start.

And what we like or don't doesn't matter. The timeslots aren't chosen with ground spectators' interests in mind. Furtheremore, the 3.20 start is here to stay as long as there's a live football match broadcast on free to air TV.

I agree - it certainly felt like there were more at the game.

I have always disliked the 3.20pm games but I am slowly coming around. I guess we will just have to get used to the timeslot as it is obviously here to stay.

How many Suns fans were there? A dozen? Two dozen? Honestly there were more seagulls than Suns fans.

I went to the Geel v GWS game at Kardinia Park and no word of a lie, there would've been only 12 GWS supporters there, all in the cheer squad behind the goals. If GWS doesn't get success in the next couple of years, they will be a rabble like GC.
