Neville Jetta - 100 AFL Games

I admit I wrote him off and was surprised we rookied him.

Couldnt be happier to see him raise the bat, especially in a solid win.

Love him as a player, no fuss, hard at the pill and always team first.

Would have had mark of the round if it wasn't for T Mac spoiling him. Poor bastard couldn't do anything write today!!

One of my favourites. SHould be used as a role model to show to people what can be done against a lod of odds and setbacks.

Loved his interview with Matt.

Congratulations.

All of Fantasia, Green and McDonald-Tipancantspellhisname have all been incredibly dangerous for Essendon this season. Kudos to Nev and the rest of the backline for keeping them to three goals as a collective.

I said that's right, BETTER than Wrecker!

I love Jetta, Whelan had more x factor...

Pound for pound both were as strong and courageous as each other. Wheels using his rugby style tackles and hip and shoulders and Nev his glove like tackles and general strength over the ball

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
