NB is basically lower end

old farts gear

my style really but would love Canterbury or Nike

From this "old fart", I am grateful for the money they put into the club .............. or should we give it back, because they are "basically lower end"?

Spot on from another "old Fart"

Lets appreciate NB.  Being an international gives us some assurance. Unlike the 6 AFL clubs who have BLK as their sponsor/supplier - which just went into liquidation 'external administration'.

Its not long ago we had no sponsors. If people  dont like NB products don't buy them. I applaud them for putting money into and backing our club when it was in it's knees.

Edit:  @Delusional demon 82 re your early post - BLK going into liquidation helps explains why the Bulldogs switched to ASIC...and possibly a better sponsorship offer.

New Balance sucks, the CEO and board are big Trump supporters

They don't support Trump, they support the changing of the current trade agreement which all candidates had as one of their policies. it was completely taken out of context by fear-mongering Americans looking for any excuse to keep this Trump-bashing vehicle kicking for a while longer.

sorry for the off topic i just felt it was worth pointing out.

From another Old Fart  i went out and brought three bloody pairs of puma down in Melb Myer without thinking and they are not what they were cracked up to be.

Maybe we could form an Old Farts  Suporters Group

I'll nominate for President

everyone must wear NB gear to meetings
