Parker for 7?

Why would the Swans do that?

He's only 22 and a gun.

Edit: And please don't say 'cap room' or 'academy picks.'

Its all a game.

Possibly not over.

Im now very impressed with the gamesmanship employed by JM and mates.

If the first rule of fight club is not to talk about it.

Then first rule of Trade Period is to keep all guessing and baited.

No disrespect to any here but i would offer up the idea of 'believe nothing of what you hear, little of what you think you see and take on board the results.

Its a game. ..and the most relevant rule to it is....there are none.

I don't think it's gamesmanship.

I think it's clever, honest, mutual agreement.

I think gamesmanship incorporates these when appropriate. Tools, not the design

Something that this probably does show is that Melbourne as a club is reasonable to deal with unlike some others. This will make it easier in future as we try to bring a few deals home.

And we don't leak.

It's Game Day and the Demons return to the MCG after a dismal performance in Gather Round to face the reigning dual Premiers Brisbane. What do expect to see from the Dees today?

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
