Ooooh k. I suppose you think 9/11 was a CIA conspiracy and the Yanks didn't actually land on the moon.

Sheez.

Golden binman

That is the penalty for refuse a test.

Chinese....get it right

Not sure on those ones....footy and drugs in sport are my specialty.

Fixed.

All clubs would have intimate knowledge of his character and whether this was just a silly decision he made. If it's been a concern leading up they will know that too. Choices will be made on this info

Whoops, must have been confusing my conspiracy theories!

easily done....so many "out there "

Also, Elvis ain't dead and a Japanese submarine kidnapped Harold Holt.

Gee you guys have short memories don't you. I've lost count how many of you have bitched, moaned and winged about Jack Darling becoming a good player since he slid in his draft year and here you go again - All just scared towing the party line, listening to the media beat up and treating it like it is some sort of evidence.

I'm just saying what you guys don't have the guts to say, hiding behind your little alliances and the consensus thought on here.

There's the old adage....There's what you say, and there's what you do !!"

It's not beyond reason to suppose a lot of club's current info on players is made up of scouts reports, recruiting observations etc There'd be some interviewing etc but In many instances only a cursory delving into the real 'person'. Events like this raise a flag....or should .

A kid willingly giving himself a criminal record just to play with a certain club (when he can just be traded after 2 years anyway) is possibly the most moronic conspiracy theory I've ever heard.

If it were true, the depth of his stupidity has no ceiling.

... and the height of his stupidity is a bottomless pit.

Going to be a tough few days for the kid, facing the leadership group of the 5 clubs who may pick him in the draft.

Even if it was some sort of conspiracy, which it isn't, wouldn't you think a club could come up with something better than forcing the kid to lose his license for 2 years and have a criminal record?

Just shows the stupidity of the conspiracy theory Wise

There's nothing to suggest it's concocted by the club looking to draft him.... there are other motives at play.

Good grief Roosy. You've lost the plot mate.

I'll remember that when you're wanting updates from Maroochydore training.

I don't need them. Cheers though.

I'd love to know what info you have that confirms what happened with Curnow is a conspiracy though. We're all ears.

Tell that to everyone else on here - I'm sure they all appreciate your sentiments.

I'm sure they don't as they are my sentiments, not everyone else's. There is no need to act like a belligerent child who will take away a few training reports because we don't agree with your theories. You're acting like a 6 year old.

But I'll also point out that you completely ignored my question about the info or proof you have that this is a conspiracy. I take it you don't have any.... ?

I appreciate your sentiments Wiseblood.

After reading what Bruiser has to offer in this thread, I appreciate not wasting my time reading warped views of what goes on in Maroochydore.

Well that's two that won't be reading my reports, anyone else?

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

When looking back at the disastrous end to the game, I find it a waste of time to concentrate on the final few moments when utter confusion reigned. Forget the 6-6-6 mess, the failure to mark the most dangerous man on the field, the inability to seal the game when opportunities presented themselves to Clayton Oliver, Harry Petty and Charlie Spargo, the vision of match winning players of recent weeks in Kozzy Pickett and Jake Melksham spending helpless minutes on the interchange bench and the powerlessness of seizing the opportunity to slow the tempo of the game down in those final moments.

  • CASEY: Sandringham

The Casey Demons rebounded from a sluggish start to manufacture a decisive win against Sandringham in the final showdown, culminating a quarter century of intense rivalry between the fluctuating alignments of teams affiliated with AFL clubs Melbourne and St Kilda, as the Saints and the Zebras prepare to forge independent paths in 2026. After conceding three of the first four goals of the match, the Demons went on a goal kicking rampage instigated by the winning ruck combination of Tom Campbell with 26 hitouts, 26 disposals and 13 clearances and his apprentice Will Verrall who contributed 20 hitouts. This gave first use of the ball to the likes of Jack Billings, Bayley Laurie, Riley Bonner and Koltyn Tholstrup who was impressive early. By the first break they had added seven goals and took a strong grip on the game. The Demons were well served up forward early by Mitch Hardie and, as the game progressed, Harry Sharp proved a menace with a five goal performance. Emerging young forwards Matthew Jefferson and Luker Kentfield kicked two each but the former let himself down with some poor kicking for goal.
Young draft talent Will Duursma showed the depth of his talent and looks well out of reach for Melbourne this year. Kalani White was used sparingly and had a brief but uneventful stint in the ruck.

The Demons return to the scene of the crime on Saturday to face the wooden spooners the Eagles at the Docklands. Who comes in and who goes out? Like moving deck chairs on the Titanic.

It's Game Day and there are only 5 games to go. Can the Demons find some consistency and form as they stagger towards the finish line of another uninspiring season?
