Looking at the teams on paper, we should win by 4 or 5 goals, even in the wet.

Some posters saying that JKH should bring some forward pressure. I really liked his game last year and his ability to get out of trouble with a sidestep. But am I alone thinking that his desire to chase a defender was lacking in the games he's played this year?

No AFL level player is soft in the true sense of the word, but if you put Jack Watts at one end of the spectrum, and Glenn Archer at the other - Heppell is a lot closer to Watts' end. Doesn't mean he can't play, but I don't think the conditions will suit him.

Last Sunday, St. Kilda which had hitherto won just four games this season played a game against Essendon which was also on the same number of wins. Ive never seen Heppell shirk it tho he gives 110% all game. The extra 10% comes from unknown drugs.

Of the six forwards you mentioned, Howe has been named in the back pocket. Personally, if Howe is to stay in the side only to play in the back pocket, I would have preferred to drop him in preference to Toumpas.

Goddard is the one who usually doesn't do as well in the wet.
