AFLPA Induction

Angus Brayshaw ~ very impressive.

Looking at his hairline I am comparing him to Robert Harvey. Very long and distinguished career ahead I predict.

Interesting he was the only player in this crop to get an interview. AFLPA eyeing him off as some kind of future spokesperson?

And seriously, they gave each draftee an iPad Air? Really?

Rugby league could learn a lot, maybe their programs are similar but without fail every preseason launch someone does something. They just don't get it.

Disagree Al. AFL would be on par probably worse. Only thing is it doesn't get leaked out into the media.

I have cousins and school friends that play AFL and I catch up with most of them during the summer and the stories I get told is seriously unbelievable. How some of this stuff doesn't get leaked out is amazing.

That will do me.

He does have that doofus sharp as a bowling ball look.

Yes,these are the types that normally have a good career.

Now we are getting desperate when we call careers on looks?

He could look like Margaret Thatcher for all I care, as long as he plays like a gun footballer.

I bet Margaret Thatcher would have been effective off the half back flank in her day.

All knees and elbows scything through traffic like Bodaicea.

I'd be happy if he was half as ruthless as the 'Iron lady'.

In todays game Thatcher would have got 6 weeks for what she did to Willisee.

Good on her, because the lady's not for turning. Looking forward to Brayshaw busting a few packs as he develops.

I'd forgotten about the dwarf, both codes have had their fair share of sexual misconduct cases but the Todd Carney water bubbler and the bloke who took a dump in hotel hallway take the cake for mine.

Some of those stories would be great to hear over a couple of quiet ones.
