Another youngster with a bad back, probably one of the hardest injuries to manage and recover from (Garry Lyon says so, so it must be true).

His very small highlights package from last year looked okay. He looks very slight.

Dont understand why we just didn't rookie him. I wanted Eli Templeton. .

Agree, why waste a senior list spot on a bloke who is no chance of playing? Would have to be long odds to get a game next year as well, given Roos' reluctance to play untried kids.

Unless you're taking an adult from the second tier competitions, I'd have thought any kid you take with your last pick is long odds of playing. Given the two kids we took as rookies - King and Harmes - never got near the side either, I don't think there is much of a case to answer here.


Hope he goes well in the Grand Final sprint on the weekend.

Anybody know how quick he really is?

Will he have a chance?
