Been looking at Roosy's coaching record and the from when he took over at the Swans to when he left them, and I can see the dees going on the exact same trajectory as the path the Swans took. Roos took on a battling list, re-shaped the culture and philosophy of the club, drafted hard tough smart midfielders, with a prolonged forward line to suit his gameplan, and a defense very hard to score against.

So from 2002 onwards his win percentage was always over the 50 percent mark up until 2009 when alot of their senior blokes retired, and the club did incredibly well to rebuild from that 2009 year.

Roosy simply has to stay on for the whole tenure until a flag is reached. His a class act.
