What muppets, they are saying, wow port all over Melb, 95-70 (ish) possessions, 1 min ago they were saying they were being too cute with short kicks and handballs......

Muppets!!!!

Kent kicks his second against a TITAN of a breeze.

From what i can understand we are getting the clearances and barry is finding the footy. Foot skills are good as well.

Edited by cowboy_from_hell

and the commentary rated it is goal of the match (so far)

I swear you can hear them applauding the Power kicking a goal in the commentary box.

Yeah you definitely can

Port's third goal overtakes the second as Goal of the Day.

No more updates on this. Just assume every Port goal will be Goal of the Day.

Gotta get our possession rates up if we are gonna be serious this year.

Agreed, by the sound of it we're just choosing to kick long. Very reminiscent of last year.

Im going to fly to adelaide next week and smack this [censored] in the face swear to god every time they kick a goal its like theyve run from full back untouched kicked a torpedo from the centre square facing backwards over his head.

Gotta get our possession rates up if we are gonna be serious this year.

I don't agree to a certain extent, our game style isn't as much short kicking and hand balling, rather than long and direct. But having said that we need to control the ball more from the outside rather than bombing it long for yardage effectively, so I guess I agree aswell haha

"Ollie wines can nearly bench 200kg" Next play "Ollie wines pushed out of the play"

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
