Northern Bullants score their first goal for the half but still trail by 67 points.

Casey has several stars with Bate, in the middle, and picking up a multitude of possessions. Casey is also dominating in the ruck with Robbie Campbell putting on a master class with Gawn not far behind him.

Goal to Matthews in a pack followed by a great run down by the same player for a free, a 50 metre penalty and another goal.

Inspirational.

Is Fev on Jamison?

MFC could do with a Matthews, if only for his leadership

Fevola has five. Bullants in disarray.

Fev will get drafted.

Is Fev on Jamison?

He was but now on Bower. Fev has just goaled on the siren. The crowd are absolutely loving this. Fev has six and Matthews, playing his first game in almost two years, has five.

Three Quarter Time

Casey Scorpions 4.6.30 13.8.86 19.10.124

Northern Bullants 3.3.21 5.3.33 7.8.50

Great stuff by the scorps!

Go Fev! I don't want him but I want someone to take him.

And go Rohan Bail, Fitzy and Kelvin Lawrence - I want all these 3 in the side next week.

Oh and Kyle Matthews you are a star. We should rookie this guy.

Agree. Surely Matthews could fill Bartram's role? And from what I've seen would provide much better disposal. Obviously has great leadership and is a team player. Rookie him MFC. Repay the faith shown in his amazing recovery!

The prolific Matty Bate opens the scoring for the quarter with a nice goal from 50 metres out. Picking up possessions at will.

This Bate guy sounds good

Rohan Bail goals from a long way out.

It's fair to say the Scorps will finish in the top four now.

Fev marks 40 metres out and even the Carlton supporters here are cheering as he scores his seventh and suddenly, the Scorps lead by 90pts - 22.11.143 to 7.11.53.

Fev gets another and he has the Bullants defenders totally bamboozled it's a bit of a picnic for him in front of his former adoring fans.

Lets forget that mob at the MCG and watch the scorpions from here on.

Red, blue and white I can delude myself it is the dees ( away jumper DC )

At least they win a good percentage of the time and will be playing finals.

Score anyone?

The main scoreboard isn't working and the other one's behind me so it's hard to tell. The Bullants have come back with a couple of junk time goals but Fev chimes in with another - sorry but I might have lost count - I think it's 10!

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
