Why is it that I feel no frustration from todays game?

Not Angry

Not disappointed

Just normal.

Because it was that sort of game, perhaps? Not flogged by 10 goals like the last two weeks, not a win, just a clanger fest in which for each good bit of play there were one or two facepalm-worthy moments ... One more brick in the road to somewhere good, I hope.

Don't concern yourself Moon, I'll unveg myself as soon as I'm confident that any schnitzels from Jazza's area are gone from the market.

Lentils for life, then ... :)

Haven't seen the game yet but to take Port to under a goal at their home when they were desperate to win to get into the top four, was a great effort.

We are definitely improving and this off season in adding personnel and learning will be vital to our future.

We are on the right track.

YES I guess 4 wins and only a couple of beltings for the year will be an improvement.

To be very honest at the start of the year I thought five wins would be a big improvement on the two previous years.

Don't know if we will get 5 wins this year, but we have clearly improved.

Percentage is the first indicator. It is up.

I think someone posted that we have lost 6 games by under 20 points. I seem to remember us playing most of our games in the last several years where we were out of it 20 minutes into the game. Then it would get worse.

I would imagine that Stretch and maybe 2 good mids drafted and maybe another traded in plus Hogan and improvement in youngsters like Salem, JKH, Toumpas, Kent etc and another instructive pre season will have have us climbing the ladder quickly.

My five wins is wishful think Redleg but I try to imagine a win against the Lions.

How is the USA treating you?

Just received an update on Biffen. Apparently just came off a bender to discover his meth lab had burnt down and his girls had joined a union. Biff's life is in a spiral - out of control. I like the guy (even though he stole my credit card) but there is a limit to my good nature. The "lads" consider him a pervert (along with Frosty). I'm going to avoid the Gat for a while.

So, Spearmint Rhino it is in the meantime?

My business will bounce back Bitters- and when it does I have a free credit in store offer for you. Gotta go fill out some insurance claims.

If Abe Saffron can bounce back from disaster do can I.

Sounds terrible Jazza- like work people advertise as "honest ".

The alarm clock thing sounds injurious to my delicately balanced sleep patterns.

Thank you for your kind offer-but the only time I like to see a cows rump is on a plate with chips and salad.

Thought you pimped cows for a living,so we are in a similar business.{thats what BBO told me}

We also use a lot of chemicals,so there is natural connection to our trades.

I even thought we could do a job swap,But then i feared for my girls as you would for yours.{although yours dont have 4 teats]

You may need to think more about your offer. As it may be you will be exporting more white powder then liquid.

Plus don't you need a special permit for employing people from the Gat?

Had a good time. At the airport hope to be back in Oz early Wednesday morning. Back in time for the bye.

We definately won't lose this weekend so good timing.

Pity only a few rounds left.

I am just about spent for this season.

I would be happy to conclude now as the best time of the year is fast approaching.

So you don't think we are a chance against the Eagles, DF? If we did get up then, I believe we would hear your cheers over here ....

Always a chance R and B

it is not impossible that five Eagles players could have heart attacks during the game.

No and Yes

I have no idea how the MFC has won six games in two years.

Although I did enjoy them it would appear to me they were more by chance then anything else.

Hoping there will be better days ahead in 2015 as currently we a equal last on the ladder and the only team we were ahead of on last years ladder is above us now.

Are GWS tanking? 6 players including Cameron ruled out for the rest of the year.

Probably!

Are we?

We threw away the game last weekend when it was won!

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
