Someone wise said to me recently running second is actually running last.

Ask the wise person if he or she would rather run 2nd or 3rd or actually last.

To him if you don't win that is it.

Must be a very unhappy person, unless he wins at absolutely everything.

That covers it. A fairly high Alpha male.

In football, second is last.

The naked one?

I see you don't want your chickens to dig themselves out.

Can we get back to important things like bananas? 🍌

They have a total of one brain cell between them, the thought of digging themselves out would never cross their teeny tiny minds. They would never wanna leave anyways, they eat better than we do.

Only if our team starts winning actual football matches. Otherwise, NO.

My chickens have a good life as well.

I live on a street named after a breed of chicken. Quite a charismatic chook, too, I must say.

Oh, did I already share that some glorious mad fool booked a dual vunj sleeper box on a German overnight train and turned the whole thing into a chicken coop complete with straw, egg trap nests, and half a dozen apparently quite happy chooks?

Then he disappeared, leaving the solution to this in the hands of German rail.

My street is named after two birds and my location has another birds name in it.

I recall when I was in the middle east, the Germans had a large sleeping trailer, which would have made the perfect multiple storey coffin. One of the weirdest thing 😳 I have seen.

Red I still have too much trauma 😪 from the last time I tried to buy a Banana 🍌 based drink. I got rejected because they run out of Bananas 🍌, AGAIN! It is still too painful to talk about anything Banana 🍌 based from for awhile 😕 I blame 😔 the Big V's victory over us Sandgropers for this problem 😢

Possibly the most impenetrable three posts in a row ever seen on here.

And that's saying something.

Interesting to see the reach of football, now into the fruit market.

Persevere, always. Some day a kindness will invert your trauma to victory. Are you not a Demon, after all?

At uni I once had a craving for nachos (from a particular, locally legendary place in a particular way) so intense that when the cafe told me they couldn't do it because they ran out of sour cream, I went to the supermarket and got some for them.

They were so surprised and so pleased that I got my nachos for free that day.

They also did great banana smoothies. Clearly a cafe of worthy repute.

Yes you have and just to diverge back to the footy, it looks like we have a couple of days to make list changes, if we want to take another player by March 3.

We need to change with the times.

Casey commentators have our latest list addition coming from, quote, 'Nana Goon.

Here's another past denizen?...

Clearly a new philosophical conundrum will be "How Many Bananas Cross the Rice Paddy In Nar Nar Goon?"! And of course, where will the banana plantation be in our new home at Caulfield? 😀

Under the lights, in front of a packed house, this is where moments are made. Can the Dees rise to the occasion and deliver on the big stage, or will Richmond spoil the night? • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.
