That's onanism, as you well know, a sin. You have had a very sad upbringing. Perhaps it is a pity you weren't stolen, which is not a German Christmas cake.

Mea culpa mea culpa mea maxima culpa!  You are correct skinny, I am a sinful fellow.

As penance, I shall [censored] myself again.

As the imported priest at Rupertswood intoned, 'Everbody knows a masticator!'

The whole chapel cringed.

Ya, from 1961 till 1967. Vice captain Cricket Team, the greatest living German cricketer at the time, won Bowling Average, All Rounder Trophy, opened the batting as well, We lost one game in five years, including beating Assumption twice in a fortnight. Also played First 18.

might even be a job somewhere there for special robert, eh, uncle?

I don't think Special is serious about getting a job dc, after all he knocked back a very generous offer for a traineeship from Biffen.

who will you be dedicating your grand tome to, uncle?

To my muse and inspiration of course - the great man himself - The Marquis.

Hummf. Being an Earl is not good enough eh Uncle, you now take advice from a Marquis. After all I have done for you, like bankrolling your last ill fated escapade in Asia and your total inability to market the remarkable health giving qualities of Guava Paste, if you remember?

Can it do anything for your marching hairline Earl?

I'm afraid I will have to give up on Special Robert.

What little sympathy I ever possessed has  ended.

My guess is he is in dire need of a bath.

Theres enough of those downstairs who will be taking up bridge space shortly.

The only job I could give him is delivery boy taking small emergency packages for the needy from the Gat to the Bridge via a few hostels and clubs.

I am willing to provide an illegal monkey bike for his transport and $2 per delivery.

I can't be any more generous than that

Now now Earl! We genteel folk must stick together against the ever increasing threat of the homeless huns at the gate. Let's forget past err... irregularities and let bygones be what they are.

However, I must say that business dealings with you haven't been quite the same since you terminated the stoic Hudson in favour of the hirstute ( and acrobatic) Conchita.

A point I'm sure the good Lady Hood would also agree with.

  • CASEY: Coburg

The Casey Demons returned to their home ground which was once a graveyard for opposing teams but they managed to gift the four points on offer to Coburg with yet another of their trademark displays of inaccuracy in front of goals and some undisciplined football that earned the displeasure of the umpires late in the game. The home team was welcomed by a small crowd at Casey Fields and looked right at home as it dominated the first three quarters and led for all bar the last five minutes of the game. In the end, they came away with nothing, despite winning everywhere but on the scoreboard and the free kick count.

  • POSTGAME: Rd 17 vs Adelaide

The Demons were wasteful early before putting the foot down early in the 2nd quarter but they chased tail for the remainder of the match. They could not get their first use of the footy after half time and when they did poor skills, execution and decision making let them down.
