I didn't know you were related to Bob Hope--NO HOPE. Like normal- dream on..

I love the banter this week- in particular RR & OMR..GOOD STUFF.

I expect a few upsets this week- and I WILL NOT BE ONE.HT you are gone..like Natham Buckley start preparing for 2012..

I can read between the lines JCB. You're sh!tt!ng yourself. This is a 8 point game. Top 4 is on the line for you and even though I lack a ruck option this week, I'll have the dubious honour of taking the points from you in other categories and you will register your 3rd loss.

So you can relax about another draw. Just kick right back with a cocoa in hand this weekend and watch me bring home the bacon. Game on.

Just for your knowledge only- Milo is the go for old buggars like me..However you will be known as LOW DECK instead of High TOWER around 8pm Sunday night after,I will pull down your pants and spank you accordingly. However, in the meantime may the best coach win, we both have allot at stake. Final 4 for me-solidate ..... your position in the 8 with a chance of making top 4.Just looking at the teams-I think I may make a late change or two...

Multiple Cracks will be appearing in the Top 4 by 8.00pm on Sunday.

Good Luck to all UF Coaches in Round 16

Like JCB I also can smell some late line up changes in the wind?

Huge round of matches as we enter the home strait.

You are a crafty bugger OMR. I'll be watching your line-up right up until the first bounce tonight.

You are two and half games out of the eight. Can you make the eight from three and half wins out?

Probably not.

That last statement RR WAS SLIGHTLY BELOW THE BELT- not like you to dish it out like that. You are very similar to me..

Not getting into your Head am I RR?

I made no reference to you or our game this weekend in my last post?

Only incredible bad luck has me 2 & 1/2 games out of the 8 @ present.

Law of averages tells us that bad luck wont hold

You know for a fact I have the best line up currently not in the 8.

This is the round that shapes everybody's season

Now for that late change?

Things are getting a bit willing JCB. Could be a bit of nerves coming up against OMR, who in reality has a pretty good line-up.

Here we go. Game on!

Just having light dig OMR. Actually I think you've traded very well over the past month or so.

Come on RR- LEFT ,RIGHT THEN AN UPPER CUT.Knock out punches even as early as Round 1 placed on ya.

And looks like we have another non starter- Jako.Given a virtual walk over to Jack Attack.

All good here RR.

I just like JCB enjoy the banter, sledgeing & mental games.

I expect to see & be part of heaps more smack talk in 2011 & beyond.

At 5 - 3 with 2 players V 4 players completed, quite happy where our game is poised on Friday evening.

OMR- me, enjoy banter- your correct-- but just ask Low Deck(HT for now) how he is faring after first stage..I'd say very sick...all I can say - your gone already..Bye,Bye HT come in Lower Deck..to hold a chance you need Brown & Hille to star.OMR- you have got RR where you want him.

LOL@JCB.

The first stage ? Maybe because none of my players had played friday night.. . Not out of it, only 2 players played so far and you're looking shaky everywhere except for kicks. Brown a lazy 21 possessions and 10 marks 3.1 and Black a lazy 30 possession, 7 tackles. Can't complain from the contributions to date.

Hodge.

Can't believe I was thinking about getting rid of him...

This round has seen a few of the top teams wilt.I must admit Righ Tower has gone even higher. He's given it to the lip.O well I will fight for another dy.That;s life.

HT - you out coached me- congratulations- Eaught me a very valuable lesson- need Tall key forwards-I have gone out and got 2- Tippett & Mooney.

Looks like an earthquake has hit the Top 4 as predicted.

Top of the table Range Rover was very nervous leading into this week's clash & with good reason.

Don't feel bad RR you won't be the last team in this comp in 2011 to feel the full force of Team OMR.

Well done to HT, Scarlett & RPFC for also bringing down Teams in the Top 8.

Those teams currently in the top 8 don't relax as there are many teams just starting to peak @ the business end of the year.

Onto Round 17 we go!

No Low Deck, more so skyscraper. Disappointed in Griffen's output. Should have taken the kicks out.

Your third loss had to come sooner or later. High scoring game for all categories really. Ominous sign for other coaches.

Good win by OMR over RangeRover.

Looking forward to regaining Beau Waters and the new recruits.

Jack Attack gets a virtual walk over. If indeed -Jako had his 3 players whom he could have played- he wins easily. This matter has to be ironed out or it becomes a joke. How do we know that Jako is playing illegitimately. This matter has to be raised with Ultimate footy to geyt it resolved or the game is a joke.I love playing this game but take it seriously. Jako not fielding his players this week at a crucial time needs investigating.

I won 4-2...

Yeah good win Eth38

New recruit Robbie Gray served you very well.

Looking forward to getting my new recruit Jordie " The Tackling Machine" McKenzie onto the field next week

Only two weeks of Trading Left People, get those proposals going & finalise your squads ASAP.

Cheers. Win-win trade, by the looks of it - I get an extra dimension in the forward line and you get a very unique midfielder.

Investigating? What exactly needs investigating? And what could ultimate footy do about jako not fielding a team?

I understand your frustration, but I think we've been over this.

I'd suggest contacting Jako to see why he did not field his team properly. He now would be in the 8 and you would have lost..I think this is just poor that people cannot play on their merits. Also hasn't Ultimate Footy got rules and regulations to cover this sort of thing now.

Correct we cant get too hung up on this in 2011

JCB is correct had Jacko fielded a full team which he was capable of he would of won, no doubt.

However we have discussed this already & we have some options for 2012 that we can work through.

I guess we have a big think tank at seasons end & put in place some basic ground rules that cover these scenario's off in 2012

Good Luck to all for the remainder of 2011 & Look out anyone that runs into Team OMR from this point onwards:-)

Hats off to you OMR. I feared a belting going in and got my just desserts.

I feel like the Geelong of UF 2011.

Time to reset, rejig and come out guns blazing next week.

We're too good a side to lose three on the trot!

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
