I know Miller is our favourite whipping boy and he's border line AFL standard but who else do we have up forward? Who can we honestly say was our full forward today? They had McKinley, Kennedy and Lynch as their FF options...we had who??

The guy has been performing CONSISTENTLY at VFL level and a 7 week penance (crap Rd 1) is enough. Bring him in along with Morton and Wonna and lets start kicking goals again.

We had players that the midfiled couldnt kick too

Even Peter Hudson would have stuggled in the eagles game

I am not interested in winning VFL premierships

Miller has ONE person to blame for his poor form in the Level of Football that actually matters

If Miller has earnt his recall, then he plays......simple as that!

It's all very well to say he isn't part of the future, and that we should play forwards who are going to be part of the future, but half of them are injured!

We need forwards playing forward..........this whole resting ruckman thing doesn't work for us!

You would think it would be that simple but for some here it never will be in regard for Miller......

It seems like he has been playing well enough to get a recall, better that Newton and far better than some of the other alternatives.

Is he long term? No but that really isn't he point. He may be able to help us now. If a guy is playing well and there is a vacancy in the team he gets the spot on form.

Some people here may do well to get over their never ending hatred of this guy. If he is playing well he comes in. Just like anyone else.

Has played well in last 4 weeks included in the best in all those games.

Has earned his spot as much as anyone else from Casey a definite reinclusion to go up to Darwin.

You can only ask players to give you a reason to include them and on performance he has.

I think we've lacked leadership in the forward line and he could help marshal the troups.

Make sure structures are adhered to when we are under pressure.

He is also a hard worker definsively in the forward line something we've lacked recently.

I was ready to say 'NO' straight away, but given our clear deficiencies in the forward line and the likely unavailable players this week i must say him coming in is not the dumbest thing i've heard. Having said that though, I'm still leaning towards no, with Dunn coming back into the side to replace Bate and is working with a smaller forward line.

It'd be frustrating for him as pretty much any other player with that kind of form would be demanding a spot, but i just feel it's a backwards step to bring him in. Persist with Hughes, the last couple of weeks i feel he hasn't been given the opportunity (with match conditions) to show his ability. The Dogs game was wet, and the WC game we were inept.

No what we needed was a forward coach that instructed his FORWARDS to start in the FORWARD 50, not the wing. We got horribly outcoached, we do not need Brad Miller. I don't care how many goals he's kicked in the VFL. Went last weekend and he's still a spud. Just NO, NO, NO

If he is a certain de-listing at the end of the year (and he is) why play him? We need to play players that might be in our next premiership winning team and he won't be

I agree with this our forwards lead under the ball that is they cant hold up their leads.

You can expect PJ to play that leading FF role. Martin can do it IMO - and has good speed. Green does it. Miller does it but cant kick and isnt developing further. I was disappointed with Hughes who didnt make some hit ups he should have.
