Since when is Jones trade bate, the guy is 21 and the brightest light for the future this team has! any team in the afl would happily take him because hes a gun and only getting better!

Yze_Magic, i recommend you post less comments and start watching more football

Jones our brightest light? cmon mate!

I'll admit hes not trade bait, but u went a little far their..

Nate will be a good solid footballer, but Garland, Morton, Grimes, Mclean our our future stars!!

Armitage to us for pick 19? Your dreaming  The saints took him with pick 8 and he showed a lot of improvement throughout the year and is going to be a great player . won't happen.

I hope your willing to get some egg on your face, as the saints are the ones shopping him!

Right now, Armitage, Prismall, Bentley and Dowler our most likely players to this point..

What's happened to Thompson from Port?

We should learn from the Meeson trade and never trade again. Trade week is the biggest crock of [censored] on the football calander.

The only time we should be looking at a reject is at the PSD. The draft will be strong no need to trade for an unwanted player. I would trade for a wanted player but we all know that they don't want to come to us.

Let's get right into the action-

Bruce to Sydney ( to play O'Keefe's role) ; O'keefe to Collingwood; Didak to Port Adelaide; Pick #6 to Melboune.

Somehow we need to get another top 10 pick. I'd even throw in pick 34 to clinch a deal like this one.

Where do you get pick 34 from?

We have pick 35.

Sydney will not want Bruce.

if I wasnt on board would I go to the trouble of logging on to this website and other to talk about the Demons?

And I am realistic.

Im sorry I dont tell you what you want to hear.

I will guarentee you Melbourne will be the least active in trade week with only two possible deals

Bentley to us

And Armitage to us for pick 19. they're the two i know of, and the club knows it wants to keep picks and not get recycled players if they are over 23. and most clubs won't be getting rid of any young under 23 talent.

Armitage? Why? Not that I'm against getting him. But that confuses me, even as a rumour... Why would they take pick 19 for someone so highly rated? What's he done wrong?

Im sorry I dont tell you what you want to hear.

That you're leaving 'land to post somewhere else?

So you should be...

Please stop posting at demonland.

Hoopla

Pick 6 is Carlton's

Pick 34 is Hawthorn's

I think you mean Pick 4 (Port Adelaide) and Pick 35 (Melbourne)

HARVEY WALLBANGER'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Absent: Salem, Windsor (word is a foot rash going around), Viney, Bowey and Kentfield Train ons: Roy George, no Culley today. MATCH SIM: Friday 7th February 2025

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator ventured down the freeway to bring you his observations from Friday morning's Match Simulation out at Casey Fields. Rehab: Jake Lever and Charlie Spargo running laps.  Lever was running short distances at a fast click as well as having kick to kick with a trainer. He seems unimpeded. Christian Petracca, Kade Chandler, Shane McAdam and Tom Fullarton doing non-contact kicking and handball drills on the adjacent oval.  All moving freely at pace.  I didn’

    TRAINING: Wednesday 5th February 2025

Demonland Trackwatchers were out in force as the Demons returned to Gosch's Paddock for preseason training on Wednesday morning. GHOSTWRITER'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Kozzie a no show. Tommy Sparrow was here last week in civvies and wearing sunnies. He didn’t train. Today he’s training but he’s wearing goggles so he’s likely got an eye injury. There’s a drill where Selwyn literally lies on top of Tracc, a trainer dribbles the ball towards them and Tracc has to g

THAT WAS THE YEAR THAT WAS: 2024

Whichever way you look at it, the Melbourne Football Club’s 2024 season can only be characterized as the year of its fall from grace. Whispering Jack looks back at the season from hell that was. After its 2021 benchmark premiership triumph, the men’s team still managed top four finishes in the next two seasons but straight sets finals losses consigned them to sixth place in both years. The big fall came in 2024 with a collapse into the bottom six and a 14th placing. At Casey, the 2022 VFL p
