Good thing we just signed on a three year contract last year.
-
Agreed, his kicking is up there with Salem's.
-
Salem, McDonald, Dunn and Jetta I hardly notice now. They are forming such a reliable defensive unit whereby the likes of Lumumba, Wagner and even Hunt can come in and play their roles knowing that the others will take much of the burden.

3 Dees in the Round 4 AFL Team of the Week

Jones had an uncharacteristically high number of turnovers, especially by hand. He was very good otherwise. -

I didn't put Jetta in my votes which was a mistake, but if he's not one of the best small defenders in the league I'll eat my hat. -

Agreed, plus Harmes' bullet to Hogan. -
Howe certainly was 'armless yesterday.

COLLINGWOOD VFL v CASEY SCORPIONS
Straight Sets Simon replied to KC from Casey's topic in Melbourne Demons
Great work by Melbourne to put up a video of all the Casey goals on the club website and to include the name and number of the player who kicks each goal. -
The youngest most inexperienced side
Straight Sets Simon replied to bandicoot's topic in Melbourne Demons
Collingwood were second youngest last week, was this the case again this week? -
Saying this bump wasn't "intentional" is yet another MRP blunder to add to the list.

When does Petracca get unleashed?
Straight Sets Simon replied to The Sailing Demon's topic in Melbourne Demons
This might sound silly, but would the fact that it is played at Etihad (notoriously firm surface) impact on this I wonder? -

How times change. Kennedy has been a revelation and Lumumba looks far better this year already, maybe his ankles were holding him back in 2015?- 425 replies

I have always rated Frost, but at the moment all his dropped marks, fumbles (the North game as well) and poor kicks are costing us more than he is benefiting us.
-
I was hoping he'd be another Jason Taylor NEAFL gem and so far he's proving that to be the case. The thing that has surprised me most is that he actually plays quite tall which is a surprise.
-
I wouldn't bring him in next week because I don't think he is fit. If he was fit, I'd have him in ahead of M. Jones, Bugg, Harmes, Hunt, Frost and Pedersen. None of those players deserve to be dropped necessarily but people are underestimating just how good vandenBerg is when fit.
-
If he's fit he's best 22 so take your choice, I'm not convinced he is fit at the moment.
-
Please.
-
In: Vince Out: Hunt (unlucky) Garlett to get another week to fully recover, I'm guessing vandenFyfe might need some time off to recover as well.

Deserves six, reminded me lot of Long's hit on Simmons.

They were putrid, after quarter time they probably had more control of the game they just couldn't convert while we took our chances. -

You may as write Tyson's now for every game: Tyson - Holding the ball -
Maybe I need to watch the game again but I felt like he was more of a liability than an asset today, his hands are worse than Dawes'.
