The PP I think was introduced in 2007 and the tanking issue has raised its ugly head ever since. I think 3 poss solutions 1 Mid season Pick... teams are not going to tank from round 1 and unlikely to have a winning streak straight after 2 Delete PP altogether 3 A PP lottery between the bottom 4 teams

Totally agree with this...Grimes has been a revelation in a backline that has.. well..had issues for a while. There is no point in playing anyone with back related soreness let alone a history of it..he is too important even for Supercoaches!! (I have Cheney on my bench too)

I just feel that there are no guarantees that no 1 and 2 draft picks are the best players. Yes ive seen Scully play and sure he looks great but so did a lot of other kids. Whos to say he will be the best of the bunch and not number 7 or 77....Sure a pp is compensation for a few less than ordinary years but none of us have a crystal ball and its not the end of the world.....
