Anyone braving the rain today?
-
Luckily there needs to be a certain thing called evidence. A document, a recording, a confession. Etc etc. Brock Mclean is still going on about it. Absolute snake.
-
Can kick. A few times seeing him run out of defence and kicking made me go wow, that's something we don't see at the dees often. Consistency is the key, let's hope for a good injury free run for him.

Which delisted player would you pick up before ND/PSD
Pipefitter replied to GawnWithTheWind's topic in Melbourne Demons
Weedon is a real talent, must be NQR If the eagles delisted him. -
Caroline Wilson's descent into gutter journalism
Pipefitter replied to titan_uranus's topic in Melbourne Demons
We've traded all our draft picks away anyway. What are they gonna take off us? -
Who cares what the 3 stooges think? I recall us being called the winners of the draft when we drafted morton, grimes and maric. Reckon they got that right?
-
A pick 4 turns into a pick 88. Thanks for nothing cale.
-
How could north possibly want a better pick for pedersen than mcintosh? Ohhh hang on this was written in the herald sun yeah? My bad.
-
I don't think neeld cares where the player was picked in the draft, if you don't fit into the plan, you're out.
-
With the way compensation was rolled out we would have got pick 500 for bate.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRIS DAWES
Pipefitter replied to Norm Smith's Curse's topic in Melbourne Demons
It's funny how Dawes was our primary target last year but we had to "settle" for Mitch. Now we have both players! -
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JESSE HOGAN
Pipefitter replied to Little Richard's topic in Melbourne Demons
Rapt to get hogan. Some aggressive moves this off season already. Hopefully wines at 4. Dawes will prob cost 20 which I think is about right. He's a guaranteed starter. Look at our history of picks around the 20 mark and you will see why it's not paying overs. -
I think (hoping) that neeld gave him some roles this year to get a feel of the game and will unleash him into the midfield next season. If this isn't the case I'm really not sure why he drafted him. He's hard and a clearance machine.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JACK VINEY
Pipefitter replied to einstein251's topic in Melbourne Demons
We could pick the next cale Morton at 3, or get a 10 year heart and soul player in viney. Paying overs? Compared to clubs who draft well, of course. We have a shocking record at the draft table, I know I'd pick Viney. -
Pretty poor if true. How bout work harder to justify why we picked you at no 4.
-
Time to focus on caddy. But really, who wants to willingly choose to come to our club?
-
That is true, although I'm sure that with the free agent period open I'm sure other discussions can be happening. IIRC Carlton and Melbourne agreed to the McLean trade before the official opening of trade week.
-
West coast are offering pick 17. Will we think wellingham at pick 13 is paying overs?
-
Absolutely huge effort! He's really come on this year. Where he once was always getting caught trying to do too much, some of his work this year has been Elite. Well done jonesy!
-
BT was an amazing radio commentator. I can't believe how far he has fallen. He's woeful.
-
We need some players with a serious case of leather poisoning. Of what I've seen of caddy, he gets about 13 touches a game, and butchers the ball. Actually he will fit In perfectly!
-
They are definitely robots. Lance franklin said we was happy to get the '4 points' after the game on friday night ha.
-
Maybe G Lyon should have spoken to R Lyon after all!
Pipefitter replied to Sir Why You Little's topic in Melbourne Demons
I think Melbourne wanted either lyon or malthouse, but let's be realistic. We couldn't afford either. -
Never been a fan but would play the small forward role much better than anyone else on our list.
