It’s ridiculous. The kid should ask to be traded. He is being crucified. Gets a game. Looks okay then dropped. Spargo was horrible and yet is named again. Ridiculous.

Casey Demons v Australia Under 18
spirit of norm smith replied to KC from Casey's topic in Melbourne Demons
I think the under 18s will deliver the chocolates. Another very talented group coming through. Pace and skills versus bigger bodies. -
WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ED LANGDON
spirit of norm smith replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Yes ... Langdon is exactly what we need. A 5-year deal would be a good offer. But we will have to give up a good player to get him. Maybe have to offer up a Neal-Bullen or Hannan plus some swap of later picks. Still think our odds are unlikely. -
Who will the Demons target next?
spirit of norm smith replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Callum Ah Chee. Classy mid forward. Always played well when I watched the Suns. Now in their reserves but I am sure has the talent, pace and class that would fit into Dees needs. -
Allir is a gun. His run and carry, athleticism, strength and spoils are above and beyond what Omcd brings. Potentially Frosty serves this raw athlete back role in our team.

Sparrow is the one I think will be a very good player. Showed his ability today. -

Changes: Rd 05 v St. Kilda
spirit of norm smith replied to Sydney Pennski's topic in Melbourne Demons
Ins. four quarter footy outs. Oscar McDonald PLEASE !!!!! -
BT is a legend. Love the roaming Brian. He actually always says the Dees are very open and accomodate his interviews. Great stuff all round.
-
They were just average. Just. Not good enough in a team aspiring to be a top standard club. Great young blokes but not showing me that they would be capable in the heat of a top of table physical and skilful encounter. Josh’s lack of awareness in the last quarter was nearly costly.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MARTY HORE
spirit of norm smith replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Very good tonight. Good mark. Good judgement. Still vulnerable disposal and needs to lift intensity. But showed he fits in until Lever is fit to go. -

Respect the champion. Doesn’t have to be the midfielder warrior now. Very dangerous half forward and rotate through as needed.

Going backwards. Can’t see him being any good. No “special ability”

Half time summary Swans should be 4-5 goals up inside 50 swans 35 Dees 22 good- Jones goals; ruckwork; Melksham, accurate shots at goal poor - Omcd (shocker again!!); fumbles still ; missed tackles, turnovers. Kicking efficiency 64%!! Familiar tale of these proving costly WHO WILL STEP UP

THIS IS RIDICULOUS 12 injured players heading into round 4. Whilst not all are best 22, but imo 7 would be in my best 22 jetta. Lever. May. Kk. Hannan. Lewis. jsmith. Vandenburg. That’s TOO MANY ALREADY in a tough relatively even competition.
-
It’s crazy how many players are getting injured. We need more cotton wool. Surely KK puts on the helmet like Brayshaw.

Mitch O’Neill. The kid will be a star.
